Owel, just another day in the life. Last night, had dinner at Mama Fu's. I'm definitely gonna stop "sumo sizing" the thai fu noodles, especially since I didn't super size it last night and that was still more meat than I've ever gotten before. Although the chef seemed very generous with the portions last night, I never noticed a difference in the amount of meat I got between the normal and sumo sizes that it wasn't worth the extra $1.99.

I had forgotten to mention with the roomie finally getting a new DVD player, the old one is in my room. Along with the other stuff that used to be in the living room. So I can watch DVDs from the comfort of my own room now. And I get PiP in there too! Righteous.

Do old dudes really get so many young fans? So it sounds like he does the dating a young hottie every year. Of course, we all know Paris is gonna get dumped, it just a matter of time. Then again, maybe not. Everyone thought Digger and his dad had some master plan to screw over Richard, but that turned out to not be the case. And why would Rory think Prof. Fleming gave her an A because she's friends with Paris? One, I don't think Paris would say, "Hey, give my friends As" nor would she secretly want Ashford to do such a thing. And professors only give the girl their screwing As, not their close friends! And if he was showing favoritism, it would because he's good friends with her grandfather, not because he's seeing her roomie.

Getting back to Digger, boy did he get screwed. It was actually brilliant work on Richard's part. Any path Digger took he'd be screwed. If he moves away to continue his career, he has to leave Lorelai. But then if he stays, he has to choose between the job and her. He can quit like she says and be with her, but his career is basically down the tubes. Or if he does as he did last night, he could countersue to try and salvage his career here, but he still doesn't get Lorelai. Ah, and they get Luke divorced just in time for Lorelai to dump Digger. How convenient!

So Saunders has Michelle now? Its like s1 all over again but with Tony instead of Jack. They did the red harring with Kim and Spawnders at the railroad, but I guess they went for the realistic odds. After all, Kim has been kidnapped enough! I wonder if they going to do the direct parallels and Tony keeping the fact that his family is kidnapped and he's forced to the bidding of the bad guy a secret.

Rowr! Nikki and Peyton throwing down! And now everyone knows Lucas banged her. But at least Brooke and Peyton are getting back on the friendship train.

Woah, I didn't know WK worked in the library. There was this totally hot chick checking out a key today whom I never saw check out a key before. So I was about to ask her who she was until I saw the name tag. I recognized the last name (but only because I saw it, if you asked me before today what her last name was I'd be all "something German!") but to double check I asked, "Are you friends with A?" And she was all "A.S.?" and I said, "Yeah. Hey, I'm [livejournal.com profile] psyched_out's old roommate." Small world, huh? And H is working at a library too. (or so I heard) What a weird koinky-dink!

ARR! Too many initials for people I probably know but can't figure out who you're talking about.

Well, those aren't her actual initials (well, one of them is), just of a nickname that she apparently doesn't like I just found out. I kept it deliberately obscure cause I heard she once got a little miffed when [livejournal.com profile] dankamongmen mentioned her in a newsgroup. I've already said too much!

we must have just missed you--we tried to go to the new olive bistro thats next to mama fu's, but we got there at 7 and learned that they were closed already--we had thai noodles too, although we drove over to the new surin thai bowl on peachtree...

i was going to criticize over the cryptic initializing of people that i apparently know, but i eventually figured out the WK after i read a little further--i don't think she liked being called that, even in its initialized form...i haven't seen her in ages...

oh yeah, because i didn't call back last night--lets go for 7:30 tomorrow night--do you want to ride together over there? i was thinking of asking bob (sorry: B) if he wanted to show off his place to us too, since we still haven't seen it yet...

Ah, yeah, we didn't leave tha apt until like 710-715 (somewhere around there, all I knows is Friends started already) But yeah, that's the first time I noticed that Olive Bistro next door. How long has it been there?

And she doesn't? Oops, my bad. But ojv('Man, its obvious!') Okay, not so obvious to anyone but me, at least you eventually got it. But yeah, 730 is fine.

olive bistro has been there for a few weeks--i discovered the sign one day while driving to publix and we decided to go there that night for dinner--we walked in and were the only people there, and after getting into a discussion with the owner we found out that it was their first day! i hope their business will do okay--its in a pretty obscure spot that isn't really visible from the road--and while we were there, numerous people walked by, looked at the menu, and moved on--i hope it didn't freak them out with its somewhat exotic nature...

by the way, i haven't been able to access email for the past few days because of something here at work (nothing that krug can do about it) so i thought i should let you know--anyway bob says 7:30 is fine and he wants us to see his place afterwards--jp may possibly be coming tonight too...

I was actually going to ask about a new DVD player, because we essentially had to replace [livejournal.com profile] zarathustra94's apex because it wouldn't play half the DVDs we put in it anymore (including *those* ones that you loaned him a while back; he had to watch those on the laptop instead).
