Saw Man of Fire and 13 Going on 30 this weekend. Man of Fire was okay, had some good parts but the ending left me unsatisfied. It coulda used more action for what is supposed to be a revenge flick. Denzel and Walken had some cool lines. And Dakota Fanning is remarkably coherent for someone her age.

13 Going on 30 on the other hand, rocked! It may even be up there with "A Walk to Remember". In it, Jennifer Garner is sweet and adorably charming. Oh, and totally hott! Yowza! She also does dorky really well. I think she was as beliavable as Tom Hanks was in Big. But getting back to her hotness, she was looking babealicious in her "nerd girl" disguise at that museum type place.

Star Provisions has some really good samiches. Had the proscuttio and the roomie had the lobster roll. Also told psyched_out about their lobsrer roll since he said they never had it on the menu when he went there. Constantly changing menus. cliffV('What's up with that?!')

that phone call was responsible for 3 of the 4 remaining meals we ate this weekend! the mad dash for the lobster rolls (although tell krug that it was pretty different from what i had in boston--star's was much more gourmet) and then we bought enough fancy cheese to have 2 dinners' worth! as in, that was literally our dinner--cheese! with copious amounts of almonds and wine...
