Jan. 14th, 2004 10:11 amDamn, am I tired. One night I'd like to get more than six hours of sleep. Not that I've been having trouble sleeping, I just foolishly don't get to bed before midnight. And its always feels so damn cold in the mornings, it doesn't really encourage you to get up. I best be careful though, I set my alarm like twenty minutes early so I can hit the snooze button twice and feel like I'm getting more sleep than I acutally am. However, these past few days, I've actually been sleeping through it and waking up "on time". I don't wanna end up oversleeping.
Dang, an eyelash fell out into my finger and I forgot to make a wish. I just missed out on a wish!
Owel, I'm prolly gonna have to go get a haircut today. Hopefully my usual girl works today. Not that she's particularly better than the other cutters, but I think she's kinda cute.
And really, who is that Mr. French guy they think the opera dude looks like in Mr. Deeds? Its a mystery that's beginning to bug me. Its not up to brassy song levels (which is Chuck Mangione's "Feel So Good" for those curious). Speaking of, I think that was played in Grampa and Gramma's 50th anniversary wedding tape. Like when they were doing the montage where they had pics from their original wedding and their 25th anniverary. I forgot, when
psyched_out and his wife had come over, my family showed them pics of me from that. Man, I looked like an idiot. Thank goodness they didn't show the actual wedding tape, where, like at all wedding/anniversary parties I've been to, I make a total ass of myself. Actually, I don't recall doing anything foolish at Jason and Allison's wedding. And at S+S's 1st anniversary, the whole forgetting my lines in the middle of my speech wasn't too bad. At least I was sober during it! I prolly shouldn't worry about it now, since I'm not even in a relationship or anywhere close to getting into one, but I'm dreading my own wedding. Making an ass of yourself at someone else's wedding is one thing, but making an ass of yourself at your own wedding is worse. Of course, if I worry this much about even now, it'll just be a self-fulfilling prophecy.
It was actually disturbing when pops told me I'm now the age he was when he had me. The family is starting to be all, when are you gonna get married and have children? Yikes!

Date: 2004-01-14 08:02 am (UTC)oh, the pictures were good, but not as good as everyone telling me how much you cried all of the time when you were growing up! they told some story about how people thought you were abused because you cried incessantly, only to find out there was nothing wrong with you, you were just a big crybaby...
