geebsOwel, back on dayshift again. Got an okay amount of sleep last night, went to bed around 11, woke up around 5am and couldn't go back to sleep. My mind had started getting occupied with stuff. Hopefully its a one time thing and I won't wake up that early normally.
Anyways, after I got back from work Satruday night, got about three and a half hours of sleep and went with the guys to the $15 Sunday lunch at Sal Grosso. Pretty good deal for a Brazilian steak house. Tried to force myself awake the rest of that afternoon so I could readjust. Since church was closed at school, had to go back to the one in Smyrna. There's one on peachtree that is way closer, but the parking situation there is insane. Anyhoo, had to scream at myself the whole time driving there to keep myself awake since I still haven't replaced the radio. psyched_out and his wifey came over for dinner. Again, a more grown-up "Dinner with Andre" sort of time.
Hopefully I'm a little more adjusted to a daytime schedule. But like I said, I'm off tomorrow for LoTR mania in Birmingham. Heading up there in the morning with the usual suspects. Andmathslut and her friends are gonna be there as well. Yes, a two hour drive for a twelve hour movie marathon is un-sane. But it should rock!
Owel, hopefully the trip will go smoothly and we'll get decent seats. And hopefully I'll get my damn sidekick and camera soon. Oh, and S+S where wanting to get together this week to discuss the NYC plans. I'm mixing the two worlds, it should be interesting!
