Well, I'm back in Atlanta after spending Thanksgiving in the NYC. It was an interesting time, though I would pass out every so often. My sleep schedule when I was in NY was really screwed up since I've been working the night shift this semester. While I was up there I'd go to sleep at 2am and end up waking up at 7am, then fall asleep in the middle of the afternoon. Obviously, turkey + afternoon sleepiness knocked me out for a few hours on Thanksgiving. Oh, and [livejournal.com profile] 7500centfish lied about having the big samich! I was quite sad that there was no big samich. And the honey baked ham didn't have that honey glaze. cliffV('What's up with that?!')

Ended up chauffering people around all Friday. Took [livejournal.com profile] 7500centfish and Tita Nette to the hospital to visit grams, then later I had to take Theresa, Jhumnah, and me brudder (my actual brother, unlike my faux-sis) to Eckerds and the haircutter, then pick up mom from the subway and bring her and Tita Nette back to the hospital to feed grams dinner. Hung out with the cousins and bro Friday night. Tbey wanted to take me out to the clubs Friday night, but I was too tired, and besides it was cold and rainy.

Oh, and my godson is such a brat! Dom told me he broke the PS2! But I did buy him his Christmas present on Saturday. Figured it was easier to buy it up in NY and have my parents hold it for me rather than lug it back from Atlanta. Anyways, got back Saturday afternoon, went to the other korean BBQ place for dinner that night. I guess they give you a lot of sides, but I would prefer more servings of meat.

Anyways, didn't realize how much the lack of sleep was affecting me until i ended up oversleeping until 7pm today. I woke up when my alarm went of at 4pm, but set it ahead half an hour to get some more sleep. Either I messed up and my alarm didn't go off, or I was so tired I slept through it. But hey, I needed the sleep. If there's anything good about night shift, its that there's no pressure to wake up since I don't have to be at work until 11pm. Getting back to dayshift in a couple of weeks will be good since I'll be back to a normal schedule, but having to wake up early on those cold winter mornings is gonna suck.

Ida know the name. I just remember Joseph saying there's two really good Korean BBQ places in Atlanta. One was the place I went to with you and the wifey, and there was another one, the one I went to for dinner on Saturday.
