So I saw this list of NPR's Top 100 Science Fiction and Fantasy Books off of [livejournal.com profile] moonchsr's journal. Alas, I have only read 9:

1) hitchhikers guide to the galaxy
2) ender's game
3) animal farm
4) watchmen
5) frankenstein
6) snow crash
7) starship troopers
8) legend of drizzt series
9) war of the worlds

But at least I read more of them for fun than I did for school- Hitchhiker's, Animal Farm, and Frankenstein being the only ones that had been "required" reading. Technically 1984 and Fahrenheit 451 were also required reading, but I just did the cliff's notes. I'm kinda surprised the drizzt books are on this list. I actually stopped at the Pirate King, but I think there are six more after that. It was 5, but apparently the new one comes out next week. (And it indeed is covering the move from 4e to 5e, "The Sundering".)

And technically, I have the kindle versions of the A Song of Ice and Fire series, but I have yet to get around to reading them. Prolly because I don't actually have a kindle. I thought I could get away using the kindle program on the computer, but its like too fatiguing or something. An actual kindle might work though since its more book like.
