So, apparently there's a Minka Kelly sex tape out in the ether somewhere? (which btw, why the hell do I have her all the way down at 26 on my Top 40 celebrity hotties of 2012 list? Apparently I am blind/insane?) Which begs the question, why is it only being talked about now, rather than when she was at the height (well, relatively) of her popularity? Supposedly, its because she may be underage in it? (Yeah, that will make me want to see it less! Ha, I keed, I keed) But seriously, supposedly, in the background of this alleged tape, there are two Brandy songs playing, off an album that was released a couple of weeks before her 18th b-day, which some people who are aware of this tape are using as evidence that she's underage in this tape.

But that makes no sense, because just because it came out before her birthday doesn't friggin mean she couldn't have been playing it after her b-day. Unless the tape started with her being all, "woo hoo, I just got the new Brandy album that came out today, I'm gonna listen to it while I eff my boyfriend!" At the very least, it means there's only a small period that if this was filmed during then, would make it illegal. I like those odds!

Heh, I wonder if the purported Leighton Meester sex tape was actually Minka Kelly's, and people just confused the two. Of course, I dunno why I'm making such a big deal, so she has a sex tape. Celeb sex tapes are prolly way boring compared to what I'm used to.
