Its no secret I'm not the outdoorsy type. I mean, I just don't see the appeal of hanging around in a cold forest full of dirt and bugs, all quiet and away from technology and modern convenience. I mean, I'm fine with nature existing out there somewhere, I just have no desire to hang out there. Like I love the imagery of Coruscant, or a Fifth Element/Blade Runner type earth. Giant skyscrapers stretching out to the heavens as far as the eye can see, thousands of flying machines filling the sky. Or looking down from orbit, seeing the bright lights of gigantic megalopolis-es that stretch for hundreds of miles across.

Heh, so the new Avatar series (The Last Airbender one, not the blue cat people one) is coming out this year. It takes place almost a hundred years after the previous series, and I want to like it, I really do. But part of me is just so annoyed that Katara and Zuko didn't end up together. bbv('Its total BS!') I mean, at least before I could pretend they did. But now this new series has Aang and Katara's children and grandchildren as characters.

Of course, the only thing I wanted to see after the end of A:TLA besides Katara and Zuko getting together, was that Sokka got his meteor sword back. Because its a friggin sword made out of special meteor metal! That's not something you let go lightly! I would assume he would have tried to find it after the big battle. And if he never did, if there's one thing I'd like to see in this series, its them randomly finding it wherever it ended up. Or it somehow making it to the new avatar or one of her friend's hands if someone else did pick it up and spirit away back in the day.

TV commentary:

Psych- Wait, was I mistaken, or did that episode totally have a time error? So, when Jules' dad shows up at the end because of Shawn's urgent message, Shawn said he sent that a week ago, and the implication was that he sent it right before the one trip, meaning only a week had passed between the beginning of last season's finale (or mid-season finale, or whatever) and the end of this episode.

But did they or did they not have a tag when Lassie announced he bought the suicide condo that said "two weeks later"? Did they mess up, or did I mishear when Shawn said he called "last week"?

So the fate of some of your other squad members in ME3: spoiler cut )
