And now its time for breakdown

I've said this before, but you know what really grinds my gears? The over-use of the term "jumped the shark". People all too readily say some show has "jumped the shark" when one little thing happens they don't like. And on a related note, one phenomena I've noticed with fans of anything, it seems like there's always a number of people who claim to be fans of something only to abandon it all too quickly. And it seems to me its less about actually hating it, and more like trying to look so frickin' cool by being the first one to hate it before everyone else does.

Other random thoughts of the day:

- So from what I've gathered from other people, if I were a TV character, I'd be Abed from Community, with Quagmire's perviness thrown in?

- Sometimes I wonder if I'm just really weird, or if I'm actually insane. I'd make a poll, but I might not actually like the results.

Can you name the roles played by Joss Whedon's often used actors and actresses in his projects? Argh, only 16 out of 27! I friggin suck. I didn't get any of the roles played by Carlos Jacott, Andy Umberger and Jonathan Woodward, but it was only the last one who's name sounded familiar. When I saw his roles, I was at least, "Oh, its that guy!". The Andy guy, I recognize the Buffy character but not the Angel one. As for Carlos, I have no idea at all who the frick those characters are!

What I'm really kicking myself for missing is Summer Glau's character on Dollhouse (I knew it was something unisex sounding), Nathan Fillon's Buffy character (I at least remembered it was somethng biblical sounding), and Felicia Day's character on Dollhouse (heh, I was close, it ended up rhyming with what I kept thinking it was). This kinda of quiz is supposed to be my bag!

Name the 2000s song from the music without the lyrics- 20 out of 36. Better than I was expecting at least!
