Dec. 21st, 2009 10:38 amActually have to show up to work today even though its the furlough time because GTRI isn't on furlough and they wanted someone around just in case.

clevemire and the ex-roomie. It was okay. And it ended up being free because the storm knocked out the power and even though they have generators, it messed up the digital projector we were watching it on since we saw the 3-D version. So it died about half way through, and they got it back working 20 minutes later. So got to finish the movie, and got a free pass for a future movie. Ah, and the weird Avatar product placement on Bones suddenly makes more sense.
Afterward, picked up some food at Sam and Dave's, hadn't had that in a while, then headed over to the ex-roomie's to watch BSG: The Plan with the usual suspects. Hoped it might get us in the mood to play the BSG board game with the Pegasus expansion again, but the movie kinda sucked. If you're expecting to see some cool stuff from the cylon side that would illuminate things, you'll be sorely disappointed. So instead, did some Dominion and then a game called Tribune, which was kinda fun.
Sunday, headed over tozarathrustra94 and turdburgler's for geek fun. Actually had Johnny's for lunch instead of J Christopher's.
