Anyways, while waiting for my emissions to be checked today, I was reading up on the new Dodge Challenger. Unlike the Charger, it actually looks like its initial incarnation. Which is cool, because while the Charger has grown on me, it, like the GTO and the GXP just look like normal sedans with more aggressive styling. Ida know, you could argue that they're going for their own look, but I guess I like the designs of the old muscle cars, which is why I like the new Challenger and the Mustang. Amusingly enough, I'm not that keen on the new Camaro. I guess its because I liked the second and third generation designs (the way it looked in the 70s and then the 80s) over the initial design. And yes, I realize how similar the new Camaro looks to the new Challenger. But like I said, when I think of Camaros, I think of the designs from the 70s and 80s. So while it doesn't look bad, it just doesn't seem Camaro-y to me.

Okay, now for the most embarassing I've ever done on here (which is saying something given most of the time I just carry on like a lame tweener girl about the most inane things):

Why am I so squinty? Anyways, as sstrickl had asked about the Flip Ultra (hmm, looks like the price just went up lie $5 from when I bought it) on facebook, just uploading something to show what the vids look like. I think the video quality isn't too bad for its price. I mean, its the size of my phone, but it looks better than stuff you'd record off a camera phone. If it looks a little blah, I think it might be a combo of the blandness of my room combined with the bright ass lamp behind me in the corner which was prolly washing everything out as well.

In any case, its not as good as a normal digital video camcorder, but its portable and handy for if you're out and about and wanted to do some impromptu filming of whatever. Its very light and fits in your pocket so its not a lot of weight to carry around. Its only good for about an hour of footage though.
