I think I'm turning into a hypochondriac after this bout with diverticulitis. Every time my stomach feels just a little bit off, I'm worried its gonna turn into another infected diverticulum and I'll like develop peritonitis and go into hypovolemic shock or something.

Speaking of diverticulitis, I was watching a clip of the last two songs from the Scrubs musical ep and I didn't realize they mention diverticulitis there. Of course, I wouldn't have recognized it before I had it. In any case, while I think Buffy set the bar for TV show muscial episodes, I did like the last two songs in the Scrubs one. The first song is straight Grease, while the following one is kinda shades of Rent.

So I was browsing Wikipedia, as I'm often wont to due, and was reading up on Webster for some reason. I'm a little skeptical about some of the info there. Apparently in the last ep, Webster and the cast somehow get transported to the future via Webster's computer game, and they meet up with Lt Worf from ST:TNG and Ma'am gets killed by a Klingon? Ah'm skeptical. 1) That's kinda dark, for a sitcom. And 2) I see no evidence of such a crossover on either Poobala or the the map Tommy Westphall's multiverse. One thing I didn't know about Webster was that the show was originally conceived of as a Alex Karras and whoever played Ma'am (his wife in real life as well) vehicle, kinda like football player marries rich socialite and highjinks ensue. But then the network saw the popularity of Emmanuel Lewis and wanted to put him in a sitcom, but couldn't give him his own straight out, so they tacked him onto their sitcom. Of course, he became the most popular part of the show and things were all tense amongst the cast members, since he apparently took over George and Ma'am(you know, I don't even remember her real name on the show?)'s show. Who knew these old sitcoms were full of such controversy!
