Dammit, forgot to do a couple of things this morning. Though I did remember to bring my ps2 controller for Tekken 5. We'll see how much better I do, if at all. I remembered my side step game should improve, so I have more options defensively instead of just turtling if they go on the offensive. I love Bryan's Headhunter and Cheap Trick moves. I guess he also has the punch counter, which I did get off a couple of times, but I've always been slow with counters and throw cancels. Lee has a punch counter now as well, and was able to pull that off yesterday. I've only played those two and Nina so far. But its good that they have so many characters selectable right off the back. I mean, there are some cool time release characters, but none of them are people I would consider in my set of characters I'm good at. Unless Heihachi really is a time release character (though I heard the last time release set was already revealed, and Hei never came out). I mean, with him and beink able to use a controller, I think I'd have a decent streak going. After all, other than Nina, he's the only other character I can pull off big juggles with, and I'm better juggling with him then her. Demon's Boar to 5 uppercuts or Demon Massacre, Demon godfist to jab and two uppercuts or Demon's Breath. And i can pull off all his crouch dash moves on the controller! Alas, he's not in it. Unless Jinpachi plays just like him. Though I'd hate to see when Devil Jin comes out, he's t3/ttt jin with devil lasers, though I haven't seen any really good Jin players at Tech. (Thank goodness!) It seems like everyone is a King or Hwoarang or Christie player. Boring! I'd like to see a good Jin or Kazuya, because I can respect getting beat up by that. Though I should prolly go beyond Lee/Bryan/Nina. Perhaps i'll try Kazuya one of these days? I have trouble playing t4/t5 Jin because he's similar enough to t3 Jin that I don't realize I can't play him that way.
