Just another night of work. I think the key to night work is going to sleep immediately after you get home. I mean, nothing's going on in the morning, and all your friends have their day jobs, so its not like there's anyone around anyways. I think it also makes it easier trying to go to sleep. If you wait until the afternoon, the whole worlds up and about and the sun's beating down and its hard to fall asleep. Sleeping in the morning and waking up in the afternoon though, by the time you wake up, everyone's back, free to do things. And you're not rushed to get ready either, because you have several hours before you have to be into work.

Owel, Monday [livejournal.com profile] psyched_out and the wifey came over. But you prolly already read about it in his journal. The roomie prepared a nice four course meal and we talked about their trip to England. It was all very grown-up.

Charlie came over a few hours later and dropped off all the issues of Earth-X. I finished reading them all while at work. Pretty cool storyline, I thought. Tonight I also picked up "The Lone Drow" (along with the last noir DVD) which I'm currently reading.

Oh, and the OC returns this Wednesday. Alright! But between that, Smallville, Angel, and Karen Sisco, that's a lot of TV watching.

24 was interesting. I still think Alias is the better show. But they're starting to get a little too similar. Both now have a bad-ass government spook named Jack B, with a hottie daughter who is also a government agent?
