Owel, another saturday night of work. Saw a few movies in the past three days, all really good. Krug got the Serendipity DVD the other day. It was pretty cool. And hey, Kate Beckinsale is really hot. But anyways...

Krug said its good that they each cancelled their weddings without having found each other yet. I mean, Bridget Moynahan's character was an innocent really, they never make her out to be a bitch or otherwise give John Cusack an okay excuse to not go through with their wedding. Had he found Kate Beckinsale and then cancelled then wedding, he would have come out as a real prick. But as his friend said, the very fact that he was so obsessed with finding her was that he was really trying to find a way out of the wedding. I mean, is still kinda pricky to cancel the wedding the night before, but they would not have been happy in the long run.

Friday night, saw Once Upon a Time in Mexico. As the GMA put, it was an awesome movie! Its actually really funny, and Johnny Depp was as good in it as he was in Pirates of the Caribbean. I think I even enjoyed it more than Desperado.

Right before work, I went with the gang to see Matchstick Men. Also very good. Alison Lohman is very cute in it. And the whole story is great.

I actually had it figured out from the very beginning. Either the moment Sam Rockwell asked Nick Cage why he didn't do long cons anymore, or when Nick Cage told the psychiatrist he believes he has a kid with his ex-wife, whichever part came first. I mean, I was suspicious, but the evidence kept piling up. He never once talked with his ex-wife, then he added his daugther as an authorized person to sign for his safety deposit box, then when she shoots the guy, she's the one who does it, and Sam Rockwell is the only one who checked the body. So I was just waiting for them to reveal it. Its like the Sixth Sense. I figured Bruce Willis was a ghost from the beginning, but only because I heard the was a really interesting twist. So, as soon as he met his wife at the restaurant, and she never spoke to him, I realized, "Oh, he's a ghost!" Then once you start thinking that, then its easier to spot the evidence. Of course, had I not known there was a twist, I don't think I would have realized it until the end.
