Supernatural- That better not be the case! I'm really hoping they didn't just kill Mary off offscreen! Like maybe she just got hurt badly but survived. Because judging by the previews, Dean was incredibly pissed at Cas for not warning them about Jack (though to be fair, he was about to!), and if Jack did accidentally kill Mary, he would be way more angry and out of control.
I hope we see more of Anael. She's an interesting character.
Cloak and Dagger- Glad that didn't take too long. So turns out Brigid didn't turn evil or have memory losses were a split personality takes over. Looks like Mayhem is basically an evil clone of her. But yeah, with Tandy interacting with Mayhem and not realizing it, and Ty rescuing Brigid near the end, I was worried they wouldn't have a chance to compare notes and realize she's two different people now.
But Ty does teleport himself and Brigid to Tandy, so they discover the truth. Though that's where the ep ends.
Poor kids though. Its been 8 months since last season's finale, and they're trying to get better. Tandy seems like she's getting better, and Ty's coping. But he was afraid of going to Tandy, because she seemed so put together that he didn't want to bring her down. Too bad its all an illusion, but at least he finds out.
I mean, its not all an illusion. Tandy is getting better, but not as good as she makes herself out to be. Its obvious she's still reeling from the abuse she's forgotten about, and she's taking out on the abusers of women in her therapy group. Just like Ty's trying to avoid going stir crazy by stealing from drug dealers in a misguided attempt to stop them.
And despite their intentions, they've messed up. Tandy's attempt to scare off the boyfriend of Mikayla, a girl in her group only ends up driving her further to the guy's arms because she feels sorry for him. And then when she yells at Mikayla and tells her she's being stupid, it ends up causing Mikayla to get entangled up in a kidnapping ring.
Meanwhile, Ty didn't think of the long term effects of his actions. Yes, he didn't hurt anyone, but the mysteriousness of the disappearing drugs and money only ends up starting a gang war. And so when a mediation is set up between the gangs, someone (most likely Mayhem) slaughters them all.
Glad to see he let Evita in on his secret though!
