Riverdale- Boo! I am not feeling this drama they're trying to stir up between Choni. Seriously, Cheryl lording her wealth over Toni? All, it sure would be sad if the girls cant hang out at MY fancy mansion if I was suspended from the gang.
And this whole speakeasy thing Ronnie's running is still weird, particularly with her trying to go toe to toe with Gladys and Hiram. She's a smart girl, but she should be way out of her league!
The Magicicans- Interesting framing device. So Penny-40 thinks he's dressing down some newbie who can't see past his own prejudices and look at the bigger picture. But its really a test by his big boss to demonstrate, that by dressing down a supposed newbie, that he really does understand everything and is ready to move up.
Interesting though, so Zelda and Cady may have inadvertently started a war between the hedges and the library. Zelda, in trying to not kill Alice and instead track her and the others with tainted deweys, only to find out that those tracking spells are apparently potential lethal to hedges.
And Cady lets the Hedges know about the issue. Which to be fair, she did tell the hedges not to do anything to crazy. She's trying to organize them, but she certainly didn't want them to blow up the Modesto library last week!
And interesting, Fen apparently has the power of prophecy, which apparently will also lead to big things to come!
