Supergirl- Whoops! So apparently one consequence of Alex not remembering Supergirl is her sister is she seems to have lost any empathy towards aliens. She and Kara are still as sisterly as ever, but she is pretty cold towards Supergirl. And ha, I was wondering if she was going to go hang out with Kara and be all, "That Supergirl, what a bitch!" and she totally did!
Anyways, Nia runs into a similar situation with her sister, where their mother's gift went Nia instead of her sister Maeve. Nia doesn't want to tell her sister, since Maeve has been preparing for this all her life. But oh, Maeve goes over the line by being all "Mom said her powers were going to go to her daughter" and angrily tells Nia she's not even a real girl! Ouch!
Nia and Kara talk, and since Kara's going through a rough patch with her sister, she tries to tell Nia she understands. But Nia is all, how could you understand? And so since this whole situation has been driving her crazy, she reveals her identity to Nia.
I'm unsure if J'onnz powers have permanently erased Alex's memory, but if not, if the general already tried that one thing on her, can't they give her her memories back since the danger is passed?
In the c-plot, one of Jimmy's reporters heard a rumor about some money discrepancies with L-Corp and genetic experiments. She asks Jimmy if she can follow it, and he says fine, but he wants to vet it. And he ends up totally tell the girl there's no story in the end! Like he doesn't know if there is something going on, but he covers for Lena anyways.
