TV commentary:

Supergirl- Really, show? So the general lady manages to learn Supergirl's identity, but J'onnz erases that knowledge. Unfortunately, he cannot erase her "intent" to find Supergirl's identity, so he has to erase the minds of all the DEO folks who know Kara is Supergirl, including Alex.

Which, glad to have some clarification on that. Apparently, only a handful of DEO agents know the secret, and they all willingly volunteer to have that knowledge extracted, just like Alex. Which is annoying, because Alex and Kara's relationship is one of the main hearts of this show. I mean, they'll still be sisters, but there's this whole shared experience that will be missing.

And I hate the whole hiding a secret identity thing on these shows, so hopefully this won't last too long and Alex will eventually remember again. After all, the previews look like not knowing Kara is SG will break her as an agent, because the whole reason she became a DEO agent was to protect Kara and her secret. But now that her motivation is gone, what's her reason for doing that job?

Arrow- Is that what they're doing with him? Diaz is going to be on the new suicide squad?

Oliver finds out Emiko is his sister (though Rene and Curtis work with her but I don't think learn the relation). Apparently Moira knew about her and destroyed any evidence of her mother's relationship with her husband to avoid the scandal.

In the future, Rene is mayor and is apparently a part of a new undertaking. And he's unaware of Felicity's "murder". I put that in quotes, because he confronts one of his colleagues and the guy refers to it as "she was taken care of". Which, yes, that's an oft used phrase to mean murdered, but it could just be clever wordplay, and she's off somewhere out of the way, and not murdered.

Black Lightning- Heh, I guess they don't have the budget. Jennifer finally goes home, and Jefferson convinces Khalil to turn state's evidence to protect himself from Tobias. Only Cutter single handedly cuts through the dozen or so cops guarding him. Not that we see that, only the aftermath.

Oh, and Tobias rips Khalil's electronic spine out and leaves him crippled at the church's doorstep.

And his new tech guy broke into the mysterious briefcase and found out the ASA has something buried under the church, some metas dubbed "The Masters of Disaster".

Flash- Was it really that hard to figure out? So KF was interfering with Caitlin trying to work on the cure. Eventually Ralph susses out that KF is worried Caitlin will one day want to get rid of her. Which, given how distraught Caitlin was when she was gone, seems unlikely. But still, there's the real worry should be the cure falling into an enemy's hands and being used against her.

I feel I've missed so many explanations on the show. Like how does Cicada have his knife back? Is it that they could only breach it so far, and its only now traversed the distance to return to him. Also, why doesn't his powers work on KF? Is it because she wasn't made by the particle accelerator explosion?

But yeah, I get Cicada is a big strong guy. But honestly, one on one, he's dangerous, particularly after taking someone's power away. But when the people on the hit list were all gathered, they outnumbered him a dozen to one. They could prolly just dogpile him and take him out.

And it looks like Sherloque is a little closer to discovering Nora's secret. Though I'm not sure what he'll find exactly. Given he has determined the diary has two distinct pieces of handwriting, will it just be he'll find out she's been talking to Thawne?
