TV commentary:

Supergirl- I'm still confused about the status of Kara and the DEO with regards to her civilian identity. Like I swear there are times where the whole DEO knows who Kara is, like she'll come in as Kara or Supergirl and act the same. But this episode implies they don't. Well either that, or every single person is pulling the whole, "its Kara's secret to tell" thing.

Because when the prez is all, "who are you?!" Kara says she can't risk her loved ones, while everyone else at the DEO stares at her. Since I don't know what her status has actually been, I don't know if that was a look of anticipation/expectancy, eager to find out who she finally is, or if they're all, the code says we can't say it unless she does.

I guess they can't know, otherwise that one guy defecting would be pretty bad. But what the hell, they finally expose Lockwood as Agent Liberty, and his cause has only gotten more support. I know they're going for an allegory to things happening in the real world right now, and on the one hand, I respect that. However, on the other, its just friggin depressing as hell, and sometimes I want an escape from all that.

It does look like we're getting a break since the Elseworlds crossover is next week. Heh, not being as familiar with DC as I am with Marvel, I was wondering who that bad guy was. I was all, is he the Anti-Monitor? But I guess he's just the Monitor.
