Interesting, so they had announced a season 2 DLC for Tekken 7, featuring Anna, Lei, and Negan. Which, that's still totally weird, but I'm here for my girl Anna. But yeah, I was thinking it was a ways away, but they're out September 6th. So that's something to look forward to.

In between watching TV and other geeky pastimes, been trying to unlock everything in the gallery in KoFXIV. There are special artworks you can unlock if you select certain characters as a team. And one of the teams was the Dragon team, consisting of Ryo, Kensou, and MuiMui. Only I had accidentally read that as Kyo and picked him instead, wondering why I didn't unlock things when I beat the game with them. In all fairness, Kyo has fire powers, so I thought the dragon thing would have been opt. But I totally forgot Ryo is considered the "Dragon" of Kyokugenryu Karate. Owel, did manage to beat it with all the extra teams. Still have to beat the game 15 more times to unlock everything though.

Anyways, picked up some more stuff on my third watch through of TATBILB (I'm obsessed). Again, the thing I mentioned last post about Kitty, was she totally lying in the car when she was all, "who are you?" Because in addition to the almost running him over incident, and that interaction being the impetus for her sending those letters, Peter knew LJ was at the diner because he came to their house and Kitty told him where she was.

Though I guess her question was actually, "How exactly do you know my sister again?" which I guess implies she could know of him, but not how the hell they'd be hanging out now.

Also, the Gen stuff does take on a different light after hearing their argument in the bathroom near the end. Like when Peter does the Sixteen Candles thing with the hand in her "ass-pocket" and hands her the note, and Gen sees that, her eyes go wide. The first time seeing that, you could chalk that up to simple jealousy. But yeah, knowing she's harboring resentment from the spin the bottle from four years before, again, its almost laughable. (which BTW the expression on her face both times is the exact same)

Like Lara didn't even know she was holding a grudge over that, so Gen just seems incredibly bitchy being bitchy to Lara even though she didn't have any interest in Peter at the time. But yeah, now, its like the chickens are coming home to roost. Four years later, sure, but to Gen, it totally seems like Lara is the bad guy in this story.

Its interesting they want to make a sequel, because the movie sorta combines two books? Like the end of the first book ends at he same time frame as the movie, only they don't get together, but Lara finally realizes her true feelings for Peter. And the second is navigating all that, culminating in them getting together. But they're already together in the end?

But hey, I'd be up for a sequel.
