TV commentary:

Westworld- I knew it!! So this whole season I was guessing some of these "humans" we were seeing were really replaced by secret hosts. Charlotte mainly, because she's the only human we see in the "present" who was in the "in-between" storyline. Like we didn't see Elsie, Sizemore, Felix (or the other guy) or even William in the present. I was about to say we don't see Ashley in the "in-between", but I forgot we see him as prisoner of the Ghost Nation, but then he got freed. Though after that point, we don't see him until post find Bernard in the beach.

But yeah, I started getting really suspicious when she was present at the battle at the door to the valley beyond. Because it seemed like the Delos execs had no idea of what happened, and it seems if Charlotte was present for what went down, she could've just told them.

Plus, if he was in the chair frozen as he watched Charlotte kill Elsie, how did he end up back at the beach?

So yeah, when they were in the control room and Bernard was saying he had to scramble his memories on purpose to hide something, I figured, "Oh, he totally had to disguise the fact that he killed and replaced Charlotte!" And I was right.

But that timeline seems hinky, because it seems like he made Charlotte back even before the massacre, that's who he couldn't remember building when he was having all those flashes. Though it seemed like he only decided to replace her after she killed Elsie. So how did he know to build Charlotte and then also grab Dolores brain marble thing to put in there before all that went down?

Also, what's with Stubbs' words to Dolores-Charlotte? Is he saying he's a robot? He's a sympathetic human?

But yeah, at least some of the hosts like Maeve's daughter and Akecheta and his gf got to the valley beyond. And even though so many of the hosts died, the line the random person gave to Felix and the other guy to "repair the ones you think are salvageable" means any of them come back.

Like the only people who are for sure dead are Elsie and Sizemore, but given what happened to Charlotte, and implied to have happened to William and Emily, they could always come back as robots.

He did prepare for the switcheroo under Ford's instructions though, and the... whatever, server persona thing they talked to, had a lot to say about how humans are surprisingly simple. So it's possible Ford could have used all the data he had on everyone to anticipate how this would all go?
