12 Monkeys- Wild trip to WWII! The team goes to steal the bell. Well, Cole, Cassie, Jennifer, and Jones. The last of whom shows massive balls by angrily bluffing the Nazi officer who was head of the Anhenerbe.
Massive complications happen- Deacon showing up, Hitler showing up, the French resistance planning to blow up the place. Deacon showing up gets both he and Cole captured. In a scene out of Pulp Fiction, Cole manages to escape when they take him out to be shot while Deacon is left behind with an effed up creepy looking Nazi. Heh, fortunately for Deacon, its not too much like Pulp Fiction, as the Nazi guy was only trying to carve a swastika into him. But it definitely seemed like the guy was getting off on it, so who knows how that was going to go if Cole hadn't saved him.
But yeah, Cole brings him to the rest of team, and Deacon is all, he's still on their side. I mean, he's miffed about the abandoning him thing (again, even though it wasn't their fault), but after getting caught by Olivia, he found himself in a unique position. Unlike them, Deacon can make the effed up choices that need to be made to win.
He doesn't apologize to Jones, Because Eliot couldn't be allowed to finish Titan. Besides he was just 'doubling down" and doing everything to beat Olivia. As he tells Katarina, if all this works, everything will change, she'll be reunited with Eliot and Hannah, doing family shit, and Deacon will be running a bar with his brother.
So they work together, culminating in a fun sequence where Jennifer sings P!nk's "U and UR Hand" to Hitler to prevent him from getting blown up by the French Resistance before Cassie and Cole steal the bell. They do (thanks to Cassie dressing up in some sexy lingerie to distract the guards before gunning them down) while Deacon rescues Jones who got captured in the chaos.
Heh, Deacon manages to move the bomb into Hitler's shelter, and gives Jennifer the detonator. Jones is all, "You don't know what effect on history that will have!" But she does it anyways. Alas, things go pretty much the same, only with Himmler in charge.
Anyways, Deacon tells Jones he has a tether, so with his latest failure he's as good as dead, he's just waiting for Olivia to call him back. So he and Katarina cook up a plan. He doesn't show back up empty handed, he has Jones "prisoner". So it will be interesting to see what they plan to do.
