The Expanse- Whoops! So Anna is so busy being eggcited about entering the ring that she totally missed random crewmember freaking out and seeking some sort of guidance and solace. And so he kills himself.
Which, I found it totally weird how fast things moved, like I would think if some dude shot himself, there'd be more to it. But other random crewmember finds her and is all, "Oh yeah, this guy died, can you say something at his service?" Already?!
But heh, she's feeling so guilty about missing that, when Tilly is all, "I think I saw Clarissa Mao on this ship disguised as a random crewmember!" Anna is all, you should talk to her. Geez, are you trying to be two for two for getting people killed? Tilly confronts her, trying to help her old acquaintance, and Clarissa goes into super strength mode. Of course, they end up having more to worry about in that moment.
So yeah, Holden makes it to the center sphere thing, Bobby and a team of Martian marines on his tail. Bobbie believes Holden is innocent and convinces her squad so, but at the same time, her team think Holden may have gone unhinged, seemingly talking to thin air. So when he gets to a room inside the sphere, and Miller tells him to stick his hand in a thingie to complete the circuit, he starts to wonder at first if its a trick. Like maybe this will destroy everything.
So the Martians catch up, and try to stop him because sticking his hand in a mysterious thing that they don't know what it does is crazy. And so they shoot, but the protomolecule structure stops the bullets. And then one of them tosses a grenade. He gets literally taken apart and turned into soup, and then the structure stops ALL the ships inside the ring. Which, given they were going relatively fast means, a while bunch of people prolly just got hurt or killed.
And Naomi hasn't made it to the Roci yet! Which speaking of, Ashford is displeased Drummer let her go. And Drummer knows he's gunning for her job. Telling the rest of the crew to show her the proper respect so when the coup eventually happens, the rest of the crew would be all, "Oh, he totally supported her, and is only reluctantly taking the job!"
Given they were talking when things went to shit, who knows what happened to them?
