The Expanse- Nice to see them explain that rather quickly. Now, it was obvious Camera guy sabotaged the ship, but he didn't seem like some willing to die for the cause zealot. As it turns out, he's not- he was paid to mess around, but the thought he was just sending back data. He doesn't really have any more info on who got him to do it.
So Amos was the one who figured it out, menaces him for a while, even threatens to kill Monica even though she has zero to do with it. Eventually, he kicks them off the ship, throwing them in the airlock, making them put on space suits to float over to the Xusen, the Martian vessel pursuing them.
That's pretty clever, the other ships figure out the go slow thing pretty quickly, and it even sent out probes of varying speeds to find the upper limit of how fast they can go before they're grabbed. Heh, he tells them to tell the Martians about the frame job. Hopefully they will, though doing what he did certainly won't endear Monica and Camera guy to him. So who knows what they'll say.
The crew still can't fix the Roci, as that sort of thing was Naomi's deal. Lucky for them, she's headed back! The Behemoth decided to ignore the Martian warnings to not enter the ring, since as belters they're not gonna sit back and let he inners overtake them in this new frontier.
And so Naomi decides she missed the Roci and makes a plan to grab a pod and hook back up with them. Ashford figures it out, and he tells Drummer. Wait, are Naomi and Drummer a couple?! Naomi was talking about how she did come back for Camina, that she still loved her, but she has to get back to the boys. And so Drummer lets her go.
Heh, Naomi heads to the Roci right as Miller convinces Holden to jump off the ship and make his way towards some mysterious object in the ringspace!
They finally reveal the true identity of Melba! I had gotten it spoiled for me a while back, but yep, she's Mao's other daughter. Apparently Julie was the favorite but "Melba" was the loyal one. Daddy issues abound with that one, and she's doing this to avenge her father, and I guess finally gain his approval?
Anyways, with all the craziness going on, Chrisjen recalls all non-essential personnel and civilians. Anna's disappointed, but manages to finagle a way in thanks to Fagan (who strongarmed an officer with an post retirement job offer from her parent's company) She tries to get some friends in on it, but they'e like, no thanks! They don't want to go into some mysterious ring!
Man, her marriage is prolly ruined. The priest she tried to get in with her is all, he has a family, he just wants to get back to them. But she clearly sees this as a miracle, a once in a lifetime experience. Given her wife wanted her to come home, and Anna managed to extend her stay, she is going to be in the dog house!
