geebsOkay, I'm back, and famished. I was going to go to Junior's for breakfast, but then I had all these things to do. On the plus side, you know how I like playing with tools. After getting to use the hydraulic punch, I got to play with a hacksaw, though an electrical saw would've prolly made the job a snap. As such, the cuts were ugly, so my meticulous nature was dissatisfied when I was putting things back together, staring at stuff for like 5 minutes to make sure everything was lining up correctly. But everything is installed now, and I feel a sense of satisfaction.
I'm starving, but I got to wait for Dave to get back from the atm since I'm making a junior's run for lunch instead, as my Stouffer's frozen dinner that I brought from home isn't gonna cut it. so I have a few more minutes to kill before I go and grab lunch. Anyways, caught the OC last night. It was interesting enough, and with Buffy and DC gone, I'll need some new shows to fill the void. Sure, the story's cliche, kid from the streets has a few bad breaks in his life and some rich person takes them in. Of course, people think he's like a criminal but he has tons of academic potential. And we see that rich people's lives aren't so great and the poor kid and rich family help fulfill voids in each others live or some such thing. If this thing picks up though, I guess Lane and Dave will break up on Gilmore Girls since he has his new show. Actually, a new show, and a movie coming out, this is a good year for this guy. But getting back to shows, with no shows on UPN anymore and all the time-shifted WBs, their shouldn't be any time conflicts. Though I wonder what day and time they're gonna put it on in the new fall season, because its showing in 24s spot right now.
