Dark Matter- Argh! Does every season have to end in a huge cliffhanger?
But man, twist upon twist this ep! So Two is stopped from executing Ryo because Teku contacts them wanting him back and offering them info. The info? Coordinates to Ferrous Corp's secret shipyard. They tell Truffault, and she reveals she heard as much from her secret man inside but she wasn't sure she could trust (who turns out to be Wexler!)
She meets with the crew with a white hole bomb from Traugott- they blink into the shipyard with the Marauder (since the shipyard is protected by a field that stops normal FTL travel) and drop the bomb. Too bad Traugoot Corp betrayed them with a fake bomb. And so Two, Three and Six are captured.
And here's where we get even more twisty. Two is taken to some lady to be interrogated by the Blink Drive, while Three and Six are imprisoned somewhere else. Wexler helps the latter two escape and then he overloads the protection field with Three watching over him (since they don't trust his ass) while Six goes to rescue Two.
It seems too easy finding her, especially since the lady who was questioning her was gone. So Six double checks that she's not Portia. Which is wise! Too bad it is Two, but one possessed by those aliens from the other dimension.
In the chaos of the escape, Three is stunned and separated from the group, who have no choice to leave him. Well, it seems like they have no choice, but its because possessed Two "reluctantly" followed Wexler's advice that they need to leave before its too late. But turns out he was captured by Portia. So she flies him out of the ep for some unknown end (like Wexler, she got tired of working for Ferrous), but not before he at least gets to tell the gang he's not on the station, so they don't have to worry about making some sort of plan to rescue him/can blow the place up without worrying about hurting him.
So they call Ferrous and Teku to assault the base. Only even with their combined forces, they can't win. So Two comes up with the plan to modify the blink drive and blink in and open up some sort of dimensional tear to destroy the base. Now, gold star if you heard the term "dimensional tear" and figured out what Two's plan is!
Indeed, she takes out the Android when she figures out something's not right with Two, but even though the Android was KO-ed, she's able to get word to Five. So Five lets Ryo out and he stuns Two. Too bad Five couldn't get through to Six in time, and he manages to create the tear to take out the station. But then Five, Ryo, and Wexler look on in horror as they see huge Black Ships come out of the rip. And that's where we end, another frickin big-ass cliffhanger as always!
Oh, we also learn the deal about Five and her reaction to Ryo's reveal about her sister. So that Alicia lady from season 2 who had an interest in Five, apparently she's the rich lady who adopted her sister.
