Jun. 12th, 2003 07:51 amChris and Tara came over last night intending to drag krug off to foodstuffs, but alas he had already bought groceries to cook. But there was more than enough food, so he cooked us all pork tenderloins instead. Good stuff.
Owel, I had been feeding my DW4 addiction that afternoon (getting a little frustrated trying to Xiahou Huan's 10th), so when everybody left for work or home, decided to play a little more. Got almost all the Weis and Shus maxed (Zhuge Liang just needs his 10th, Xu Zhu, Jiang Wei, and Cao Ren need to be leveled up) I guess the non-aligned group is half done and there's actually plenty of Wus to play. So after maxing out Xiahou Huan and Pang Tong, I tried out Sun Ce. Not too bad, I'm disappointed he only gets 4 slots max. Anyways, after I decided I had enough gaming, put in His and Her Circumstances vol 3, since I've had it for so long and Tara hadn't even watched it yet before lending it to me. I'll finish it this afternoon. Anyways, pretty interesting, I only saw the first two eps on the disc, but they shifted the focus from Arima and Miyazawa to Tsubasa. Her story is a bit sad (well it ends happily), but there was some pretty funny parts. I did find it weird that they spent a minute or two showing the Miyazawas play Maho at Uno. I prolly wouldn't have been as lost during that part if I actually knew how to play the game.
I could sure go for some bacon right about now.
