TV commentary:
Walking Dead- Ha, whoops! So Negan likes Sasha's gumption, and wants her to join. Anwyays, she spins a sob story to Eugene about how she can't live like this- either join up and go against her friends, or be a prisoner to be used against them. She asks him for a weapon, anything to kill herself.
Too bad Eugene made those poison pills already! So he was all, here's this poison, it should be quick and painless. And its funny, because there's nothing malicious or sarcastic about it, all, "Oh, you really want to kill yourself? Here!" He legitimately believes what she was saying and thinks he's doing her a huge favor! Needless to say, Sasha is not pleased at the turn of events!
Alexandria has the guns, but I think they could've handled it better. Like Tara and Rick beg Oceanside to join them, and some of them want to fight, but the leader refuses. I get they were going for hard negotiation, but Tara knows their story, that they went against Negan, were punished by having all their men slaughtered. Being ambushed with sniper fire and explosions is like their worst nightmare come to life!
Supergirl- Heh, could they telegraph that any more? Like you knew Mon El's mom was going to stab the dad, so its amusing they drew it out as long as they did.
But yeah, that must've been confusing for people who didn't watch the Flash musical episode, to see Karamel back together. In any case, we learn more about Maggie and her past and her trust issues. And Alex reassures her that she's not going anywhere.
Its refreshing to see things play out between them, and make it seem like an issue that will cause angst for a couple of episodes, but then it gets resolved the same ep. Its nice to see a stable LGBQTA relationship on TV.
Legends of Tomorrow- spcv('Nice!') Sara and Amaya as hottie hench-assassins? This alternate reality has something going for it!
But ugh, Snart killing Amaya. Really? I can't believe they fridged her. Not that its going to stick. Though its funny that Thawne destroyed the spear cementing this reality, because they were all, the reason the spear was superior to time travel, because the changes made were permanent. Unless you do time travel to steal another version of the spear and just undo it.
Bones- Really?! Heh, when we got to the climax of the ep, and Booth couldn't move his hand, I was thinking, is this how they're going to end it, where Bones loses her intelligence and Booth can't shoot anymore? Like that's why the show ends, because they can no longer do their jobs? That's depressing!
But nope, Bones figures out how to fix Booth's hand and puts a bullet in Kovac's head just like he did his father.
So in the end, Aubrey gets a promotion in DC, so he doesn't have to move. But given how things went with Jessica, they're still broken up. But apparently he may end up with Karen. (Also, I actually had to look up their names, for some reason those don't sound right!)
Hodgins and Angie are making a chilrden's book, and oh, Hodgins is interim director of the lab while Cam and Arastoo take some time off to be with their new foster kids (that seemed totally out of the blue!). So he is now the literal king of the lab. And I guess things are more or less the same with Booth and Brennan?
