NCIS- Wait, that was weird. So the one guy in the thinktank group hijacked the plan to try and assassinate a former war criminal from his home country. But are they also saying coincidentally that some other person hacked in at that same time and stole their playbook? That's convenient!
Bones- They zigged when you were expecting a zag. With Max's mysterious medical thing a few weeks ago, they made you think maybe he might die, from that. But nope, he got shot protecting his grandkids at the safehouse. Which is another thing I found that was weird, earlier in the ep, they had random background FBI lady have a few lines with the kids, and one of them gave her a bracelet. I was thinking, why are they focusing on that lady? I guess so when they see her corpse when they reach the safehouse, it makes the situation even sadder or something, as opposed to just seeing random dead FBI agent #1?
But yeah, for a second there, I thought the guy was being framed, that they were going for a twist that it wasn't him. Particularly when they said the dead henchmen were saying "Mother" in whatever the hell language they speak before they expired. So I figured it was really the wife of the general behind it all. But the son was involved after all. I mean, I guess Booth had it on the nose when he guessed Kovac wanted to be there to see his face when the call came in that the safehouse had been hit?
I guess I just found it clunky in general the way they tried to keep you guessing, because he seemed normal, but then Caroline was all, "His psych profile shows a clean bill of health, no disorders at all! No one has no disorders!" Ah'm skeptical! So anyone who doesn't have ANYTHING diagnosed must be secretly crazy? I mean, if that was a real thing, then wouldn't the actual psychiatric professionals flag that, all, "Hmm, I can't find anything wrong with this guy, which is suspicious!" as opposed to random lawyer lady sneaking a peek at the file and making an armchair diagnosis? But it was definitely weird when his wife offered them coffee, and all of a sudden freaked out and was all, "I'm sorry, was that not appropriate?!" It was a random line to have and not have something come out of it?
Anyways, having Max die because of a revenge plot against Booth seems like a lame way to manufacture drama at the end. Like she's really going to possibly cheat on him with Pete from Warehouse 13 (whom the previews act was like the only guy Brennan could have ever loved besides Booth? I bet half the viewers don't even remember he was on the show!) because she's mad at Booth for something he did as a soldier of the US Army years before they even met somehow getting her dad killed?
Agents of SHIELD- Flashback! So to play up the narrative that Coulson and May have a thing, they show a flashback where they're on a mission in Russia (the mission that somehow caused the Superior to hate Coulson forever!) and being all flirty. And its right as May started dating her ex-husband, and she's acting all, "Hmm, I'm tired of dating civilians, this new guy prolly won't work out!" and Coulson being all, "Well, if it doesn't, let me buy you a drink!" But it does work out, and so nothing comes of this flirtation.
Anyways, interesting, so they're saying Coulson, Mack, Daisy, and Mace all got replaced? I thought when Fitzsimmons figured out they'd been infiltrated, it would be a mystery as to who was the LMD, or it would be a twist where Jemma or Fitz were one of the LMDs. I guess they still could be for an added twist next week. But for sure the others are LMDs, and are going to somehow start replacing others? How would they build them? But heh, LMD Coulson revived LMD May so they could be together. Aw!
