Gotham- Ha, seriously?! So Mario spends the whole ep making Jim look like a crazy, jealous, ex, but does Jim learn his lesson? Nope! Hilariously, after he convinces Carmine that his son is infected (did Carmine imply the Court of Owls was trying to assassinate Mario because he was infected?) and goes to take him in, he happens upon Mario about to stab Lee in the back. So he immediately shoots him, and the knife he was holding goes over the railing and washes out to sea. So now Lee thinks he's a crazy murderer who killed her husband!
The Riddler learns from Babs that Penguin has a crush on him, and is able to confirm it. So, since he realizes Penguin killed Isabella out of jealousy, it sounds like he's teaming up with Babs, Tabs, and Butch to take down Penguin.
Supergirl- Ha, that was hardly a crossover! So we get a few attempted portals trying to open throughout the ep, but Barry and Cisco don't show up until the last 5 minutes to be all, "We need your help!"
And what the, there were viewers who actually thought Lena had really thrown in with her mom and become evil? It was obvious it was a ruse and she was double crossing Lillian!
Heh, its nice to see Alex's journey continue to go pretty well. After an aborted attempt to come out during Thanksgiving, she talks to her mom who had already suspected Alex was gay the way she kept talking about Maggie. Eliza is kinda and accepting, so that's cool.
And, Maggie gets shot by Cyborg Superman's eye laser and almost dies, she decides she doesn't want any regrets. And she finally admits to herself she likes Alex. I mean, it was pretty obvious. But yeah, I can see why she was scared before. Alex came out because she realized she liked her. And its intimidating! Because like Maggie said, its all new to Alex, and what happens when the shininess wears off? When Alex comes into her own and wants to experience more? But the near death experience made her realize she doesn't want to miss out on the chance to be with Alex. Heh, usually getting shot ends a lesbian relationship. Nice to see it jumpstart one!
