TV commentary:

Arrow- Heh, that didn't take long! Wild Dog gets rescued pretty quickly, but not before he accidentally spills the beans about Ollie's secret identity. Enter the Human Target (which, it would've been amusing if they could've actually gotten Mark Valley to reprise the roll. Instead they got Sheriff of Nottingham from OUAT/Nuke from Jessica Jones)

I will say, when Digg said he knows a guy, I though the mysterious assassin Tobias Church was the guy, and he had pretended to take up the contract in order to infiltrate Church's organization. Particularly when the bodyguards were merely wounded. But nope, Chance was pretending to be Ollie. Like, they never explain the reason for the switch up. Does he have super powers that prevent him from being killed? Is he good at not dying? Otherwise, couldn't Ollie just do whatever he did to make it look like he got shot? I mean, I guess they had him play Ollie since they didn't know where the assassination attempt would come from, but that's a dangerous game to play. Like what if the bad guys decided to just slip a bomb in his limo? Or go hard at the mayor's office and get police and innocents caught in the crossfire? So like it said, it seemed like it would make more sense to have a master of disguise pretend to be the assassin to control the damage!

But heh, I find it a little silly that it turns out it was Chance-Ollie that got the vote to go through, and him being all, "No, its really you who did it, because to become a person I really have to become them!" So he's saying because he's doing exactly what Ollie would've done, its the same thing as Ollie doing it? And its not like things worked because of something inherent to Oliver! 1) All they did was uncover information and blackmail the guy and 2) Thea was there also directing things that way. I mean, I guess since honestly it didn't make a difference which Ollie it was sitting there, it is kinda like him actually be there instead.

Also weird, Chance being all, "Oh, BTW, your ex-gf is dating some guy who just joined the ACU!" That's overly familiar of him. Like what business is it of his to be getting involved in a client's love life?

Anyways, so much for Tobias though, Prometheus slaughters a bunch of cops (what the hell, how many cops does this city have left!?) to get to him. Church thinks he can save his life by revealing Oliver's true identity, but Prometheus kills him anyways.

ME blather- Finished up all the arena quests. I'm sad that when you finish "Unusual Scores" and the e-mail says, "Oh, we fixed the problem so you can play 'Fatal Error' without dying for real!", its just the map, and not the waves of super-elites of each faction. That seemed to fit perfectly in terms of difficulty level between doing super-elites of a specific faction and mirror match. Because jeez, playing mirror match again, your clones are friggin ruthless.

What really makes them a pain in the ass is the fact that they have warp, incinerate, concussive shot, or carnage. I mean, them having armor and shields isn't that big a deal, though that does mean I can't even two shot them with my Valiant X. Which is significant, because even with the relatively quick fire rate of my sniper rifle, the first shot takes down their shields, the second shot takes their armor down to 1/8, but I can't finish them off because they'll just immediately fire off whatever homing projectile they have and auto hit and stagger me, so I have to duck for cover. Meaning I have to back off of them because chances are one of the other clones is on my ass. Though I guess one thing to do is bring someone with grenades and have a squad mate toss one of those to finish them off. But since they also all have shields, I need squadmates with shield stripping ability.

Which speaking of, I guess my best team really is Miranda/Kaidan. Miranda has a power for every occasion, Kaidan is tanky and uses ARs. They both have overload for shield stripping, and both have powers to prime and detonate biotic explosions.

Now all I have left before the end is the Omega DLC, so I started that up again. I do wish there was more to it than there was. Get confirmation that Aria is the Aleena Wrex talked about in ME1. Or that you could get her as a squadmate in the arena.

Anyways, to complete my squad build stuff, the last two squadmates, Nyreen and Aria.

Aria: She's pretty bad-ass biotically. Now that I know the game better, I have a better idea on how to evolve her, which really depends on the kinda Shepard you have.

Powers:
Biotic Boss- She's a biotic powerhouse, so of course power damage at 4 and 5. I go with durability at 6. I know some people like to take squad durability to boost Shepard, but my Shepard don't need it, I'd rather she be the best she can be.

Flare- Her signature power, awesome and hard hitting, it even causes significant damage on shielded enemies. Radius at 4, you should take one radius evolution and one damage evolution. Since the damage evolution at 6 improves its effectiveness against shields and barriers, take the early radius evolution. As mentioned earlier, her evolutions depend on your Shepard. Since flare can only detonate biotic explosions, detonate is only useful if Shepard has a way of priming them, since Nyreen can't. If you can, take detonation, if you can't then rechage. And as mentioned earlier, improved damage at 6.

Lash- Although Lash is a universal detonator, the detonation evolution at 4 is only for biotic explosions. So unless you have a biotic Shep, go with damage. Recharge time at 5, as getting her to fire off these as quickly as possible is more useful than the DoT effect. Shield penetration at 6 so she can pull (and more importantly, prime) even shielded enemies. Without a biotic Shep to detonate, I dunno if they'll be floating in the air long enough for Aria to detonate them with a reave, but Nyreen can at least detonate with a lift grenade.

Reave- Duration as usual for 4. Recharge at 5, she's plenty resilient enough, the quicker she can put these out, the better. And then Barriers/Armor at 6, since this is her best tool against such things.

Carnage- Sorry, but this gets the short end of the stick. Like, its useful for detonating tech combos, but it has too long a cooldown time to make it worth it, especially compared to her other powers.

Nyreen- She's a solid enough character, but you get very little time with her overall.

Powers:
Turian Huntress- She's gets ARs, so weapon damage at 4 to increase the effectiveness of her supporting fire (give this lady a PPR!). Tech damage at 5- her only biotic power is lift grenade, unless you count the blast from biotic protector, so she'll just benefit more from the tech damage evolution. Then power damage at 6. Again, some people like doing squad power damage to boost Shep, but my Shepard is good enough already. I want her at her best.

Overload- As if there was any question? Chain, Neural Shock, and Shield Damage.

Lift Grenade- Its funny, because before I picked up this game again recently, I had a disdain for lift grenades. Its like, "So, they lift stuff?" But they are a universal detonator, so they're pretty useful. Especially since Omega has grenades all over the place. Radius at 4, Max Grenades at 5, and Damage/Radius at 6. Then just toss them like candy!

Incinerate- Damage at 4, burning damage at 5, freeze combo at 6 if you have away to readily freeze folks. Which I do, but I actually leave this at 5 to be able to get biotic protector to 4.

Biotic Protector- Which is funny that I say the thing above, because this power sucks. Like it makes sense if its Shepard casting it because you have more control over where it goes. Though I suppose you can direct her to stand in a place and activate it. But yeah, she'll stand there and I guess draw aggro? Which isn't all that useful as in this game the best defense is a good offense. I spend my last points on the blast evolution at 4, as if she does get surrounded, she can at least blast them away.

I get they wanted to have her sacrifice herself by doing the grenade/bubble thing, so they needed to have a way to approximate the power in game, but its just terrible.
