Flash- What the frick, idiot?! Of all the dumb things Barry has done, this has got to be the monumentally stupidest! He thinks he could just pop in to the past and not eff things up?! He brings up the example of when he went to try and save his mom, but 1) he wasn't there for that long, so there wasn't a lot of time to screw things up and 2) he knew he had already gone back to that point, so future him was always there.
I mean, I guess he could have always gone back and not known it, but obviously, he did not. And what the shit!? What about not altering the time line does he not freaking understand?! He captures Hartley, and then stops him from using his ear thingies to break out of his cell, totally changing how things went! And it gets worse from there, with Eobard figuring out Barry's from the future, past Flash coming to and everyone realizing this Flash is from the future, etc.
But I suppose everything works out in the end- Hartley I guess is good now, and his relationship with his parents is fine now. And he gets past Eddie to make a video to Iris to help her move on in the present/future. We don't see any bad consequences from him changing things, so I guess its all fine. But still, it could have been horrible! He shouldn't be so blase with the timeline.
