TV commentary:

Agent Carter- Heh, it still smarts. As I've said before, I swear they purposely cut Angie out of this season because Cartinelli had too many fans for comfort, and the studio wanted to nip that in the bud. Because its kinda crazy they go to Hollywood this season, and they leave out the one character who is an aspiring actress. And its like, we don't even see her for real, she's only in Peggy's dream sequence.

In any case, I will say Thompson was giving me whiplash with all his double dealing, I wasn't sure what side he was on. I mean, obviously, he had to pretend to take Samberly and Sousa prisoner so they didn't all end up in shallow graves. And at first, when he made the deal with Vernon back at HQ and said S&S would play ball, I figured they were just stalling But then Peggy showed up and hit Masters and Thompson and Sousa said they cleared it all up, and then I thought maybe Thompson was serious about his deal- destroy Whitney and bring back the status quo, and Vernon just skates.

I guess since he was there the whole time, they couldn't very well tell Peggy they were going to screw him over in front of him. But I wasn't sure. And then Thompson goes to meet with Whitney to have her give Vernon more time. But then he tells her its a trap, and he wants to double cross Vernon for a seat at the table. It seems like this is the real plan, and he's being a duplicitous, power hungry dick, as he cuts the fuel line to Sousa and Carter's car so they can't follow, and they find out he had told Samberly to turn the gamma gun into a gamma bomb. He thought it was their plan.

So they catch up, and find out Thompson is doing a triple cross. He did all this to take out Master, Frost, and Wilkes (whom he deems to dangerous to live) in all felled swoop. But Peggy won't let that happen. So while Peggy and Thompson have a stand off outside, it seems Wilkes is losing control, and we end with him possibly blowing up in front of Whitney. It'll be interesting to see what actually happened next week.

Oh, and Ana survives, but her wound has rendered her unable to have children, which sends Jarvis over the edge and doing stupid shit that complicates matters. This leads to Peggy and Jarvis having a huge row in the middle of the desert, but they end up working it out.
