Wow, I haven't written here in two weeks. Its not that I had that much going on, just busy with this and that. Working on a couple of little projects, but not much else. Its been the same old, same old for me. Working, watch my shows, hanging out with the usual suspects (you know, the guys, and their old ladies, and my bratty mcsister). Its been pretty hum-drum overall, some slight drama here or there, but I've been basically living the quiet life.

Andy's visiting from UF right now. It was fun hanging around and catching up on old times. And how cool is wireless ethernet? Krug lemme borrow his laptop since I have to stay up late because of my sleep schedule and I can surf the net without having to worry about bothering Andy downstairs. Its pretty convenient to be using a 'puter from my own room. I really need my own computer.

Hey ... I've got a really really really old laptop that you could possible upgrade to do something. Its a Compaq Presario something something. Pentium 2. I just upgraded the memory to 256. Its got a total of 3 gigs of memory. Plus I throw in an external cd-rw. Interested?

I'll send it to you. Fed-ex, UPS, USPS ... whatever you prefer.

1 USB, 2 PCMIA, couple serial ports. I know it only has one memory port with the 256 in there. Not sure whatelse is in there. It needs a new battery, after 4 different owners it has fried itself. The CD-RW is a external that connects by the USB port. I've also got a USB hub that I can send to you too. Not sure what else I've got that I could give to you too. We just finished moving, and there is crap everywhere. I can't even find my cellphone. I'll take a look at tonight and get you more specs.

Sorry thats its been a while, in the middle of putting everything in its right place.

Here are the specs on the computer:
Compaq Presario 1650
3.5" floppy drive
cd drive
internal modem
1 USB port
Serial ports for: monitor, printer, and two others
256 MB memory
intel pentium 2 processor
2 pcmia ports

the battery is dead but i'm sure you could find it some where.

I told you I also have the cd-rw drive and a 4 port USB hub.

I can even throw in a canon deskjet bubble printer (BJ-85). It needs to be cleaned out, the red is not printing right now.
