TV commentary:
Major Crimes- I'll admit, I'm kinda curious where they're going. Like it seems like they're totally setting up Tao's old partner as planting stuff and being generally shady to make the bust, because he sincerely believe those guys are guilty and its the only way to get them, but that seems too obvious. But I guess maybe the twist will have to do with that affair the dead ADA was having.
And I was confused, when was that robbery in the video that they presume Rusty's birth mom is the getaway driver of? Before she went to jail, or after? Like I wasn't sure if someone's after her over a recent tiff, or they're only going after her now because she got out relatively recently? Also, that was weird that the guy put on and took off his mask in front of a camera. I mean, maybe he is that freaking stupid, but is there gonna be a twist to it?
NCIS:LA- Hey, we finally find out what G means! Grishka! So Callen gets to meet his dad, albeit briefly.
And hey, look at Beale in the field, not doing so bad. Not only did he throw the flashbang, he knew when to by waiting when the guy reloaded.
Castle- Heh, I feel bad for bounty hunter lady, because they keep trying to make her a thing, but it just seems off. Like she still seems like a random guest star. I do like how Castle and Beckett were in sync. They didn't even have to have a conversation, they both not only knew the one guy was a fake, but each knew the other knew the guy was a fake.
The Fosters- Agh, Callie's back to being frustrating again. I can't believe she's getting snowed by Justina. Like ideally, Justina's explanation of privatizing the system would work like she said- these people running things want to make money, so its in their best interest to do a good job, as opposed to the current system where no one is accountable and keeps passing the buck. But that's not how it works in the real world!
The privatized homes' number one goal would be to make money. While some of that would involve actually doing a decent job, there's all sorts of tricks and loopholes to maximize their profits that won't necessarily have the kids' best interests at heart!
And Callie is basically still a kid! She thinks she's wiser than Rita, who's been doing this longer than Callie's been alive! Yes, there's a benefit to fresh eyes, but Rita has experience. How can Callie think Rita is just trying to save her own ass?!
But weird, the twins' parents was the whole, 18 year old guy getting in trouble for having an under age girlfriend. Which like I said, is a reasonable story, if Reagan's father didn't give him a job. Like I said before, if Ana's family had him arrested for screwing around with Ana, why would they have anything to do with him? I mean, maybe Reagan's dad thought Gabe got a bad deal, but again, that family seems very close, I can't see one of them secretly hiring Gabe if they considered him a bad influence who committed statch.
I mean, I guess the parents could've just wanted him arrested for being a drug dealer, and the cops tacked on stautory rape on top of that, but then, I'm skeptical Ana would be oblivious to all that.
