Agent Carter- Fun ep! The show does manage to do a great balance of comedy and action. Also, it was pretty cool that they brought Rose into the field and she totally kicked ass.
But since things were so light initially, it was quite shocking to see Peggy fall and get impaled. But whoops, Sousa gets his fiancee to help patch her up, and in the process Violet figures out he had come to LA because he was in love with Peggy and needed to get away.
Shannara Chronicles- Can Princess Rover be a thing? I mean, these past two eps, they've had more chemistry than either girl has had with Wil. Like it bugs me that people complain about people shipping queer couples, all "Does everything have to be gay?" First off, no, everything isn't gay, because the majority of couples are still straight, so don't freak out. Secondly, a lot of times people ship queer couplings because they are very shippable.
Like a lot of times, shows take that sort of thing for granted. They just act as if everyone will back the main coupling just because they're the main guy and main girl, even if there's no chemistry. Its like show, don't tell! Make us see them as a great couple, just don't say, "they're a couple" and expect people to just accept it. I mean I hope no one thinks I ship a lot of lesbian couples because I'm sort of fetishist and are all, "Woah hot chicks making out is hott!" Because I still ship het couples, though again, often not the main guy and girl. Its why I shipped couples like Joey and Pacey, because she had more chemistry than she ever had with Dawson.
But I digress, its not like Amberlee and Eretria would be that out of the question, given they've established Eretria as bi.
Anyways, I'm glad they finally killed the shapechanger, that bitch will stop throwing monkeywrenches in things and killing people. Too bad it came at the cost of Arion's life. Which seriously, I get their father is king, and his word is law, but they should have been suspicious that the dude would send BOTH his heirs on a freaking suicide mission. And hey, maybe now people will stop doubting Allanon.
