TWD- Heh, they're really milking it. No word from Glenn, and now they've lost contact with Sasha, Daryl and Abraham. But they don't even show how Rick got out of his mess- like last ep, he just somehow was able to get back to Alexandria, screaming for them to quickly let him in and close the gates.
Heh, they've already presumed Nicholas and Glenn are dead, putting them up on the wall of the dead. Though Maggie wants to know for sure, and Aaron's feeling guilty about his backpack (which he confessed to the town) so he tries to help her. He shows her a secret route through the sewers, where they end up having to kill a couple of sewer zombies. They get to the end, and the route is still surrounded by more zombies. So finally, Maggie realizes it would be incredibly irresponsible for her to go out there and search, particularly since she's preggers. Aaron still wants to go, but she talks him out of it.
But yeah, mostly this ep is everyone in Alexandria coming to accept the new reality with zombies at their gates. Oh, and Denise saves a guy from dying, and Tara kisses her. And John From Cincinnati eats crackers while on guard duty. And Jessie's son is starting to see things Rick's way (or he could be playing a long con, making Rick let his guard down so he can kill him), talking Carl out of going out there to find Enid- its dangerous for him, and he says he'll tell on Carl, which will cause Rick to go after him, endangering even more people. So Carl reluctantly stands down.
OUAT- So our suspicions were correct! Merlin's love Nimue was the first dark one. Apparently he happened upon the grail centuries ago and drank from it (since he was stuck in a desert dying of thirst). He got magical powers, and one day he met Nimue. They fell in love, and he was going to give up his immortality for her. But, on their quest to turn the grail into a sword, they're pursued by the guy who had slaughter Nimue's village, who had done so seeking the grail.
Eventually, Vortigan happens upon them after they've forged Excalibur, and he seemingly kills Nimue. Unbeknownst to him and Merlin tho, Nimue had secretly drank from the Grail during the trip. She rips Vortigan's heart out, though Merlin warns her if she kills him, she'll turn dark. But she does, and so she becomes the first dark one. But Merlin does mumbo jumbo on the sword to control her with the dagger.
Merlin takes Emma on a quest to get Nimue's spark in order to help free Emma. And they're successful. Too bad the others were sent to get Excalibur failed because Zelena betrays them after helping them sneak into the castle. She does mumbo jumbo on the spell to make the sword control Merlin. So he commands Merlin to appear and magick away the gang out of the castle. Which is unfortunate, because Emma feels like she's conquered the darkness within her. But since things are still on, now she has further chances to be corrupted?
In the end, Emma reforges the sword while the shades of previous dark ones (Rumpel, Nimue, and a bunch of randoms) watch with glee.
