PLL- Another week, another suspect. So this week, Ali gets closer to Lorenzo, much to her dad's chagrin. Aria hangs out with Clark, who asks her out but she reluctantly turns him down because she's in no way ready to start dating again after being held prisoner in an underground lair for a couple of weeks. Clark understands, since he does recognize her, he just didn't want to bring it up until she mentioned it. Anyways, he mentions some fancy scholarship, and while they're taking random pics, Clark unknowingly snaps a pic of A in the background.
Aria somehow randomly notices the pic in all the negatives Clark took when she's helping him develop them. She wants to ask him to borrow the negatives, but Em nixes that idea, saying it would put Sara in danger, which, she keeps saying that, and I'm not sure that's true. All A did was say, don't tell Doc Sullivan about me during your session, or I'll cut Sara's throat. And it was only an issue because A was in the room at the time. So 1) they can just keep a better watch on Sara and 2) A never said anything about never saying anything ever.
So of course, Aria steals the negatives (which totally won't blow back on her and piss Clark off!) and snaps a pic of his pic all, "A is a... girl?!" because you get a sense of boobage from the pic.
Em helps Sara get started on the process to be legally emancipated by seeing Caleb. Caleb hires Sara for his new web design company, which he just made up so she'd have something to put down as a job on her form. So, they celebrate by getting tattoos. Sara gets one of a bird flying free from its cage on her back, while Em does the kanji thing in a "place where her mom can't see".
Which, I totally missed on first viewing that she wanted to do her neck first, but noted the skin in a certain spot was tender was a hint about the whole A tagging them thing. Anyways, Sara sees Aria's text and quietly freaks out. She confronts Em about it and Em says they were trying to protect her and then she runs and Em chases her, but then they both run from scary shadows.
Meanwhile, Spencer decides to go to a meeting since she basically totally relapsed (her dream involved Maddie Ziegler dressed as the Ring girl dancing around some mysterious room with a couple of tubs that Spencer knows she's been in) and she totally starts grabbing snacks since she has the munchies but then Dean is there, so she tries to sneak out. But one of the meeting guys gets totally pissed because all he saw so far was her come in and grab some food and try to leave, so he's all, "The food is for after!" Totally embarrassing Spence and alerting Dean to her presence.
They reconnect, and he gives her some encouragement on the whole, don't do drugs front, then she and Hanna sneak into Radley. BTW, Mona's back in town, and she wants Hanna to take her to see the police since they want to question her about the whole faking her death thing. They bump into Lesli who screams at the both of them and totally pissing Hanna off and putting Lesli on her shit list.
Anyways, yeah at Radley, they find some records relating to Charles, but then hear some noises and discover its Mona, who was trying to steal Lesli's file without anyone knowing, so that she and Lesli would be square. So between that, and finding out she was Bethany Young's roommate and the pic that Aria sent that show A had boobs, Hanna is now convinced Lesli is A. Lesli is indeed pretty pissed off crazy when Mona informs her she wasn't able to recover Lesli's file. She tells Mona she's ruined everything!
In the end A-tag, we see A brushing the hair of a tennis ball with an Aria wig.
