Legend of Korra- So I heard sometime in the past few days, that Kya (Aang's daughter) and Aiwei (the turncoat adviser of Suyin) were confirmed by the writers to be LBQTA characters? Interesting.
Walking Dead- What was up with this ep?! I was going to say, I don't remember the Rick/Jessie/Pete storyline going like this, but looking it up, its actually going down pretty much how it did in the comics! So Rick mentions Pete's abusiveness to Deanna, and its clear to him they more or less let it go since the guy's the only doctor. So goes to Jessie to try and intervene, and kinda ruins having the moral high ground by basically saying he would not do this for anyone else. WTF?!! So he'll normally look the other way on domestic abuse, unless he's interested in effin the wife?!
In any case, Pete shows up, they have a knock down drag out fight in the middle of the street in front of everyone, and then Rick starts ranting and raving and pointing a gun at everyone all, "they're weak and they don't know how to survive" so Michonne has to knock his ass out. I had to check the comics, but that whole confrontation did indeed go down like that.
Actually, looking ahead on how that plays out in the comics, I wonder if it will go the same way?
Other stuff, Carl is out in the woods with Enid and its all silly young love stuff. And Daryl and Aaron find the creep zombie parts lying around like they did in Richmond. That and a disemboweled nekkid chick tied to a tree, which from the looks of it, she only recently died. Doesn't that mean there are crazy killer rapists nearby?! I'm not sure how far out they are, so I dunno how close a threat they are to Alexandria.
