TV commentary:
The Flash- Huh, so much for that guy. So the lab is besieged by an electric guy who sucked away Barry's powers. So, Wells lets Girder out to fight the guy. Girder ends up getting killed, and despite the guy being Barry's childhood bully, he's kinda upset. He's kinda mad at Wells, thinking he's a cold a-hole who's using them all as pawns. But Harrison gets Barry's trust back by almost getting killed by electric guy.
And interesting, he tells his super computer that he thought keeping Barry isolated, to prevent harmful influences from getting to him, was the key to making him live up to his potential, but the day's events made him realize that maybe the key is him having friends supporting him. Which made me think he is someone who just wants to make sure Barry become a hero and is there to save the world from some future event, and takes extreme measures to do it.
But then he takes a blood sample from electricity guy because he's curious how he was able to steal Barry's powers. Which seems like the opposite of wanting to help.
Supernatural- aav('Whaattt?!!') So the mysterious redhead from a few eps ago is a witch who was kicked out of her coven. And is apparently Crowley's mother, presumably from when he was human.
Also, Cole catches up to Dean, but Dean tells him everything, about how he was a demon, but not anymore, and how he killed Cole's dad because he was a monster (or that a monster had replaced his dad, and he killed that? I wasn't clear), so Cole is all, "Okay" and goes home to be with his family.
Which is a common theme in this ep. Hannah's vessel husband finds her, and she feels bad for taking her away from her family, so she gives her vessel up, allowing her to go back to her family.
Person of Interest- That can't be good. Reese and Finch manage to save Elias, but Scarface does end up having to be sacrificed in the process. Turns out he's an old friend of Elias from a group home. He's caught, and while Elias does everything he can to save his friend, there's nothing that can be done, and Scarface begs Elias to give the vault code- which he knew was actually a bomb. So he sacrifices himself for Elias to take out a bunch of Dominic's men.
So its prolly mob war now. I mean, Elias does haave to regroup, but he's definitely going after Dominic. Also, Dominic is trying to figure out where Team Machine fits into all of this. Little does he know how out of depth he'll be on that front.
Meanwhile, Root does everything she can to bring a stubborn Shaw back to the lair to protect her, eventually having to drug her to take her in. And now to protect the rest of them, Shaw will have to stay there for a while.
And interesting, Martine and Greer figure out the whole Samaritan being blind to the gang thing, so Greer gives Martine her own army to hunt the rest of them down.
Faking It- Yep, I knew it!< Theo is a 20 year old cop, and he ends up arresting Karma's parents (and Karma, since all employees are under arrest until they can iron out who knew what) for being drug dealers. Well, sort of unwittingly. They were providing pot brownies to people who need it for medicinal purposes, not realizing one of the people they were selling to had a grandson who went to Hester and was dealing those brownies back.
So Amy punches Theo to get thrown in jail with them so she can finally talk to Karma- it was touch and go, but Karma does forgive Amy, though she's still kinda mad. Anyways, they're all freed in the end, because somehow Liam's dad has pull. But Liam has to make the "sacrifice" of missing out on a prestigious art internship to take business classes and intern at Sqwirkel. Yeah, I get that's not his dream, but its like, "Oh noes, I got a job other people would kill for and make some serious bank!" Its hard to feel too sorry for him.
But yeah, for getting them out of jail, Karma effs Liam. Then she has a weird dream about Amy with Reagan but imagining Karma, but then Amy waking up from that dream and making out with Liam? So Karma still is worried about Amy and Liam for some reason, though it could just be residual trust issues concerning both of them rather than actually thinking they like each other. Also, apparently she's fantasizing about Amy fantasizing about her?
Anyways, back to the whole Theo cop thing. Lauren feels betrayed obviously, as does Liam, because he thought Theo was his cool guy friend. It also causes Shane to feed his bad wolf, because if everyone's a effin liar, screw it, and he leaks rumors of Duke's gayness. Which, him outing people again, not cool. But it ends up causing Duke to admit that he is indeed gay to the press, and in love with Shane. Wonder if he'll still feel that way if he finds out Shane is the one who leaked the info?
But yeah, Lauren, in her anger at Theo, asking him if any of it was real (he says he lied and he never cared for her like that, but he might've just said that because his boss was there, because he did seem sad having to tell her that), accidentally outs herself as intersex in front of the whole school. She's devastated, but the school ends up being totally supportive and she eats it all up.
Degrassi- Ha, crazy cameo! Spinner! So he's still around, running the Dot, we just don't see him anymore? Also, I'm amused they've gone back to Eli being a nutter thing. He has to go back to Toronto for a few months because of money issues? Which means he'll be there for the Claire-Drew stuff, and go all nuts on them.
But what the shit? They show is sure being non-chalant about Zoe basically running a child pr0n ring and pimping the girls out. And its just not her, Grace is all, "I just set up the websites, I don't care what's going on in the other end!" and I also didn't realize Imogen's gf is on the team, and is basically, they've come this far, might as well continue to make bank.
Anyways, Zoe finds out Frankie hasn't been "pulling her weight" and basically tells her to start taking nudie pics or she's off the team. So Frankie quits. But seriously, this whole sitch is kinda disturbing.
Oh, and Becky, who seems to be back with Drew, also meets some punk rocker who can quote the bible, so she may be falling for himm. Or at the very least, start rebelling a little more since she's still mad at her family. She lets her brother have it, finally visiting him in jail telling him how his shenanigans have ended up effing up her own life. Like he wants her to forgive him, but she doesn't want to forgive his rapist ass, because he's a rapist. Even their mom is all, can't you get over it? So yeah, her family life kinda sucks.
