Legend of Korra- A recap episode? What the hell is this BS?! Also, its kinda effed up that the most time they spent with was Mako and him blundering his relationships with Korra and Asami. They spent less time with Korra, and she's the freaking star of the show. I mean, both Korra and Bolin's tales were about all the different enemies they faced, with Varrick substituting in Bolin for Korra and making it sound like he did everything, but those got less screen time then Mako being wishy washy and leading Korra and Asami on. Typical.
I'm glad Asami and Tenzin set Korra straight though. Yes, there'll always be a new threat, so there prolly is no rest for someone like her. Some awful things keep happening, but plenty of great things occurred too. Harmonic convergence, the rebirth of the air nation, non-benders getting more representation in the government? Like I can't believe she's trying to blame herself for Kuvira, because if she didn't let Zaheer get air bending, he wouldn't have killed the queen and the earth nation wouldn't have been plunged into chaos.
It was already poised to go to shit in the Earth kingdom. If not Zaheer, something else would've set things off. And Kuvira may be a fascist, but she did get the kingdom in line. After Korra inevitably defeats Kuvira, the Earth nation will probably be better off than it was than when it was under the Earth Queen.
Also, I got a kick out of Varrick's mover, and Zaheer, Vaatu, and Amon having a conference call about a team up against Bolin, and trying to not include Unalaq but him forcing his way in.
