White Collar- Interesting conundrum. Neal meets a hot chick he really likes on his mission for the Panthers this week. He should know better, but he tries to do it in a way where he can do the mission and still somehow go on some more dates with this girl. Of course, everything goes to crap, and Neal is forced to reveal himself lest Keller kill her.

Somehow the mission isn't screwed up- they were hired to steal some info which ended up being on an old ass floppy which they eventually figure out is a algorithm for the location/path of secret shipments. When the theft was discovered, Neal's fix was to have the girl admit she stole it as an attempt to blackmail for a better position because she was being treated like crap. But the girl says she quit instead. So wait, did she tell her boss, I stole it as a big F U, but here's the disk back, I quit? Like they'd want to keep the theft quiet, but wasn't the whole point of the theft being secret so they wouldn't know the algorithm was compromised?

So if the disk left the building, is her boss just going to trust she didn't do anything with the disk? Eh, they only have a few eps left, so they can't dilly dally with little details like that, I guess.

Anyways, the conundrum- Keller tells Neal, even if they succeed and get their freedom, the Panthers have reach. Neal may be able to hide, but they're a vengeful lot. They'll take out his loved ones if they can't get to him. So even though he had this iron clad deal with the Feebs, he's still chained because of his attachments- his freedom may doom those he cares about.

Vampire Diares- Heh, small world! When the intro showed young Kai stalking young Jo and her protecting a couple of young blond twins, you had to know those were Luke and Liv. So they're Gemini coven. Which the fact that the twins were well, twins, should've been a big indicator.

Anyways, as seen from the promos, Caroline is throwing "Friendsgiving", which Stefan is not invited to because she's still mad at him. But, it doesn't matter because he went off to Portland with Alaric and Damon anyways to find the Gemini coven and get the real world's version of the Ascendant. (which, the way they set up Kai's prison, didn't it basically just make copies of EVERYTHING that existed in 1994, including power magical items?! Because the two Ascendants, and then two versions of Jo's knife. If Bonnie or Kai thought about it, since they have infinite time, they could grab some pretty powerful things and take it back with them) They reveal to Elena and Caroline that Bonnie's still alive and they're trying to get her back, so the girls are happy and hopeful.

When the boys get to the Gemini coven though, all they see is a blank field, because the house is cloaked. So we learn Stefan did make an attempt to find them, but finding nothing pissed him off and is prolly what caused him to give up. But ha, they break the cloak when Damon teases Stefan with Ms. Cuddles and Stefan grabs her and punts her into the field. Which is kinda hilarious, because that doesn't seem like Stefan to get so mad that he'd punt a teddy bear. I mean, rip people apart sure, but grabbing a stuffed animal from his brother and kicking it because of teasing just seems so beneath him.

But I digress, so they get into the House and between that and Luke and Liv randomly and conveniently playing a video from their childhood, the gang collectively figures out Jo ("Josette") and Luke and Liv (Lucas and Olivia) are siblings. Apparently after the incident with Kai, Jo went to MF where Bonnie's gram helped her out, because she was the Bennett witch who help the Gemini with Kai's prison. That still doesn't explain how Luke and Liv randomly decided to go to college there. Well, actually, they never explained if they had been sent there because of the whole traveller danger from last season, since they showed up around then, or if they were already there, and thus were the closest folks to deal with that situation.

Anyway, their father finds Damon, and grabs him and cloaks the house from Stefan and Alaric again, questioning Damon about being imprisoned with Kai. When he finds out that he's trapped there with a Bennett witch, he decides to use a spell to kill his own freaking daughter!

Why? Because of the effed-up-ness of the Gemini coven- twins are set to be leaders of the coven, naturally, with a name like the Gemini coven. Only, its less a co-leader thing and more a one twin absorbs the magic of the other and killing them thing on their 22nd b-day. Which is why Liv is all sad and is hot/cold towards Tyler. And she likes him and wants a life with him, but either she'll die and not get to be with him, or she'll win, and have the guilt of killing Luke on her hands.

Its also why Kai went nuts- his family was always wary of him since he was born a magic-sucker. And they could tell he was kinda a psychopath and didn't want him becoming leader/having Jo's power. So they kept having kids hoping for another set of twins to pass leadership to. So, he finds out, slaughters some of his siblings, but then Jo agrees to the binding or whatever they call it.

Only when he tries it, he realizes it failed because Jo hid her magic away in a knife she hid. Which is why he took Bonnie back to Portland- because he finally figured out what she did with her magic, and with the Ascendant repaired, it was the only thing he knew of to siphon for magic. He's seen Bonnie cast the spell, so all he needs is her blood. As such, he stabs her and leaves her for dead, heading back to MF for the Eclipse to escape. Bonnie survives of course, but has no way to give chase.

But yeah, in the real world, Joshua (the father) is busy casting a spell to kill Jo. Which, of course freaks out Liam when his teacher starts spitting up blood, so Elena is forced to reveal her vampiness when she has to feed Jo her blood to save her. As she's dying though, she tells Stefan and Alaric where the knife is, which they use to break the cloak and save Damon right before he's staked by Joshua. He gets away, so he's a new enemy they have to watch out for, prolly headed to MF not only to kill Jo just in case Kai gets out, and to pressure Luke and Liv to do the one ceremony.

But, Tyler takes Liv into MF to protect her from her family, since magic doesn't work there. Which, does that mean he can't turn into a werewolf there? I'm surprised he doesn't just stay in MF then, so he doesn't have to worry about triggering the curse, even by accident. Also, for people like Liv, is her magic just temporarily suppressed in MF? I figured it was a permanent thing, but they're acting like its not, because if she lost her magic permanently, than they don't have to hide in MF, because the whole ceremony would be moot.

Anyways, given the way Liam freaked out, Elena compels away the fact that they ever even were interested in one another, sending him away forever. She later tells Damon that she might be happy in her new life, but now she feels drawn back to him, and wants to see where this all goes.
