The Strain- Argh, really? So Gus comes home to find his brother and mother turned. So, he doesn't take it well. After putting them out of their misery, he goes out to start killing vamps. He bumps into Eph's son, who had gone out to get cigarettes for Nora's crazy mom, whom he was locked in with as the rest of them went on a mission. But, they basically cross paths and Gus tells the kid to run as he goes after more vamps. So, he is totally unaware that the kid is associated with an actual team of people doing what he wants.
But speaking of, yeah, Eph, Nora, Fet, and Abraham go wandering the tunnels to try and take out the master. Eph starts hearing his wife's voice and is tricked by the master, and is almost finished off if not for Vasily setting off the UV bomb they made. It kills the minions, but the master manages to escape. Sterakian is kinda mad that Fet set it off early (he had to to save Eph) because they could've won right ehen and there.
Abraham wants to delve deeper, and they come upon a bigger nest, one with hundreds, if not thousands of vamps. And its interesting, that even though Eph and Vasily disagree about lots of things, and are constantly butting heads, even they know going in there is suicide and they have to drag Abraham away before he gets himself killed for nothing.
Gotham- Its an interesting enough show, though its trying a little too hard with the name dropping. Like Agents of SHIELD was too insular and didn't connect with the Marvel Universe enough, here they're putting in too many people at once. Catwoman, Poison Ivy, The Riddler, The Penguin, the Joker, Batman? Arrow strikes a nice balance. Maybe one an episode, not everyone! Interesting, not only do they not shy away from Renee Montoya being a lesbian, apparently she was possibly involved with the future Mrs. Gordon at some point?
Scorpion- I swear I missed something here. So they lost communications with the planes. I was thinking, pilots landed planes before all that stuff, but I guess you need some sort of coordination to make sure planes don't crash into each other trying to make a landing run at the same time.
But yeah, the whole thing with the main guy in the Ferrari racing down the runaway and the copilot climbing down the landing gear and giving Katharine Mcphee the ethernet cable to plug the laptop into to download the uncorrupted code. Why did they need to do all that? If he could buzz by at 800 feet, and the main guy had clear runway, why couldn't the plane just land, and then they could get the code without having to do insane, risky stunts?
WO blather- Finally got everyone's X-weapon! But, now I need to get them compatible with it, so I'll prolly lay off gauntlet mode for a while and work on that. I do have the green stone stages unlocked, so I'll prolly just solstice formation through the green path to beat gauntlet mode again to unlock the purple stone stages. Then with all the stages able to be unlocked, I'll go for the beat every dungeon in gauntlet mode trophy then. But, do the stages fairly, no using solstice formation, just opening every portal and getting every treasure chest. With procurement and the inevitable EXP fevers that show up, that should net a lot of growth points to spend to quickly level people back up after they've been promoted.
I won't go for 999/999/999/999/200 stats on everyone though, that's a bit much, even for me. I mean, I reached that with Xu Shu, Ginchiyo and Mitsuhide, and before having to promote them a 9th time. Since their stats are maxed, no reason for that 9th promotion. I will probably promote everyone at least once, just to get their last two items slots and their secondary team skill. But I'll just reserve max stats for my truly favorite characters.
So there's still plenty to do, max compatibility on their X-weapons, promote once and get to lvl 99 again, get everyone's mystics and do every dungeon on gauntlet to get those two trophies, fully max my favs. And then there's farming windslay and tri-element orbs from Xuchang and Mt. Nitou. Though I have so many gems right now I could prolly just buy weapons at the blacksmith and forge those attributes off those weapons.
