Doctor Who- Oh come off it! The Doctor wondering who had Clara believing in heroes. Gee, I wonder who? I get the Doctor has beaten down enemies pretty hard, and he's been witness to so many awful things, so he doesn't feel like a hero. But he's also done some amazing things, he's shown so much to Clara and his other companions. Its like be serious, he knows what an inspiration he is.
The Strain- Ah, that's hilarious! So the wife's boyfriend did get infected, went home, and possibly attacked her. (Of course, Abraham says they've been making coordinated attacks- they even said at the gas station that they were purposely attacked, so the baddies know who they were, haven't they considered the fact that maybe they grabbed her to get something on Eph?) But yeah, Eph kills him, and they burn the body. Ha, Nora is eulogizing Jim as they do it, since things happened too fast at the gas station for them to truly process it. And after that, she asks Eph if he wants to say something about the boyfriend. And he's like "Nope." HA!!
But what the hell, he's hoping Kelly survived and I thought they were waiting at the house for her to come back. I realize they're all emotional and stuff, but its not the right time to be screwing around! Like if she wasn't turned, she'd prolly be pretty upset to see her ex-husband sleeping with some woman on her bed. And if she was, what if she attacked while they were effin? But yeah, Kelly's friend caught them. Which since they were in a compromising position, she wasn't too willing to hear Eph out.
Meanwhile, Dutch finally reveals to Sterakian that she was responsible for the communications outage. He's all, "Sure, whatevs" though I wonder how much if that is because he's like some old dude who didn't understand half of what she was talking about. But, he does take interest when she describes her employer, and how nazi vamp guy was there. He hasn't made a plan yet, but he's thinking.
Oh, and not surprisingly, Gus's fat friend turns while they're all in a prison transport van together. Felix ends up biting the cops, and the chaos allows Gus to escape, but not before putting a few bullets in Felix's brain to put him out of his misery.
