TV commentary:

Major Crimes- Woah, Rusty's mom is a huge frakkin krant! I mean, seriously, what the frick! Basically trying to tell Rusty the reason she became a drug addict because she knew he was gay and it disturbed her so she turned to drugs. That is totally not cool. But ha, did Rusty really pull the whole, "I learned it from watching you!" when she asked how he could be hooking?

Pretty Little Liars- Oh weird, lots of old faces, some minor questions answered. I mean, we saw Lucas briefly in the season premiere, but both he and Andrew are back interacting with the girls. Even Travis texts Hanna to see how she's doing. But yeah, we finally learn Shana's last name (Fring! Dang, it was kinda amusing to think it was Shana Costumeshop) and where Lucas was this whole time- Homeschooling!

Which, its weird that they had to come up with that explanation, when plenty of characters were just not around on the show but were still at school. But yeah, interesting that even though it seems like he's been working with Mona, he doesn't know all that she knows- he actually does believe she was kidnapped and is feeling sorry for her.

Anyways, so since Toby is out of town working a job, she enlists Andrew's help in cleaning up the backyard after the cops release it as a crime scene. And in doing so, she finds rat poison in their shed. Which she thinks may have been used to poison Mrs. Delaurentis. The tox screen showed someone had messed with her pills. Pills that she took for low blood pressure, and they filled it with the opposite kinda medication.

She fears her dad did it, particularly when she finds a bottle of that particular opposite medication in her kitchen cabinet, a prescription filled out to him. She finds out from her mom that Ali's mom was going to blame Spence back in the day, but Spencer's dad blackmailed her about their affair, saying he would torpedo her marriage. But since Ali's dad was divorcing her anyways, she had no reason to protect the Hastings. I mean, Ali wasn't dead, but some girl was, and Mrs. D was going to tell the police Spencer did it. So now Spencer thinks her dad killed Ali's mom to protect her. She ends up telling both Ali and Aria her suspicions. Ali is strangely cool and calm given one of her best friends just admitted their dad might've killed her mom.

Meanwhile, Aria continues to freak out about Shana. Interesting though- Mona says she transferred back to Georgia, but Aria googling does show people know Shana is indeed dead. In fact, her family freaking videotaped her funeral and posted it online. Who the hell does that?! That's freaking macabre. So, Aria just watches it over and over and drives herself nuts, until she goes to Ezra's for comfort. She's gone so crazy, she wants to anonymously give Shana's grandma money. And Ezra tells her she's being ridiculous- trying to give Shana's family money isn't helping them, its trying to assuage her own guilt, hoping they'd forgive her somehow, even though they wouldn't know she's the one who gave them the money or that she killed Shana. He also says, if she wants forgiveness, it shouldn't be because she paid them off. She almost stays over, but she ends up going to Spencer's (where she learns of Spencer's suspicions).

Emily hangs with Paige and Sydney. And they all have fun, and Paige and Emily are back to being comfortable with each other. But only for a moment- Paige pulls back. And Emily wonders why? Gee, could it be because Paige is madly in love with you and wishes you were back together, and it freaks her out to be all friendly again because it makes her all hopeful? In any case, Mona continues to try to recruit her into her little gang, but Paige continues to refuse. Mona says she can't be neutral, so if she's not with her, she's against her.

Heh, Paige goes to Emily's all, "I don't think Alison should show her face around school!" and Emily thinks its her being all jealous and threatening again. But Paige explains that while she's not keen on Ali, she has no desire to renew their conflict. But, she tells Em not everyone else feels the same way- and while she's not going to do anything to Ali, she's also not going to reveal who these people are. Ali's no innocent, and she tortured them. So Paige isn't going to out them just because they're scared and think they need to protect themselves.

Ali's freaking out because the rest of the Liars are kinda ignoring her. Eventually, she gets Hanna to accompany her to a physical the cops are making her take to see that she's okay. During this exam, its revealed Ali has a deep scar on her thigh, which she obviously lie about to the doctor, and tells Hanna she doesn't want to know where its from.

She gives Hanna a recording of her interview with the Doctor when Hanna was out of the room- she wants the Liars to memorize it so they can get their stories straight. Hanna is kinda sick of doing Ali's bidding, but since the story isn't just about protecting Ali, but covering up Aria killing Shana, she has no choice. And so she's back to shoplifting.

Rizzoli and Isles- Seriously, this show man. They try to act like these ladies are two straight women, when their interactions are totally that of a couple. I mean, like last week, when they were talking about funeral arrangements. It reminded me of that Bones when Brennan and Booth were talking about what kinda funeral they would have if the other died. Its like, why would Maura or Jane be making the other's funeral arrangements? Or when Maura was asking Tommy about strollers, as if she and Jane were an expectant couple.
