TV commentary:

The Following- I called it!! Joe's wife is totally alive. I mean, it was totally obvious from the way they filmed the aftermath, with Ryan not getting to see a body or anything. That is crazy the amount of hoops Mike (who knew she was alive, but I figured he did since he was the one who claimed she was dead) had to jump through to see her. Car ride out to the middle of nowhere, then another ride somewhere with a bag over his head. Then heh, knocking on the one hotel room door but her being in the adjoining room.

But yeah, she's alive, while Ryan's getting with that Carrie chick. Who is taking being kidnapped, strapped to a table, almost getting murdered, then having a bunch of Joe followers ambush her book signing and massacre several people in stride. Look like the cat is out of the bag about Joe now.

And he has his own cult now, having stolen the reigns from Micah. First Joe has Micah arrange a test of loyalty for Julia, which she fails, so Joe strangles her. Then, after the massacre, the message Carrie was suppose to deliver was going to be a speech from Micah. But Joe had Emma pull a bait and switch, and its Joe announcing to the world he's still alive and everyone should be very afraid. Micah doesn't have too much time to be upset, because he was poisoned minutes before. With Micah and Julia dead, Joe gets Robert to sell him as the new prophet, and it seems to take, as the cult readily shouts, "Praise Joe!"

Oh, and the gang finds the FBI leak! They think its Mendez at first, so Ryan confronts her, and then she does a bunch of shady things that make her look guilty. But that's because she figured out its her ex-wife Jana, who apparently is a psycho. Jana stabs Mendez, but the boys arrive just in time to stop her from escaping, but she kills herself.

I am disappointed that Joe' ex wife is still alive. It doesn't surprise me that she is because I was starting to expected but it doesn't make me excited like so many people seem to be. I get more stressed whenever Emma is in danger which is probably wrong considering she is a psycho killer

Wait, are there people who are happy she's alive? I mean, I'm happy I was right about her being not dead. But otherwise, I'm not too pleased with the development story-wise. It was one of the things I liked about this season, that she wasn't around to complicate matters. No more Joe obsessing over her or Ryan worried about her/feeling guilty about being with her, Joe could focus on being a crazy killer cult leader and Ryan has no attachments other than his niece, so he can be all gritty since he's lost just about everything.

But yeah, I've liked Valorie Curry since Veronica Mars. She kinda dropped off my radar for several years, until she showed back up on this show as Emma. But heh, I suppose it is kinda wrong to like her on this show since she's a psycho. Like I said in a previous post, I was happy when she found Joe again, because it was nice to see her smile again and not be all morose about him. I guess it is kinda twisted to think she looked hella cute when she was smiling devilishly as Joe taunted Lily about the majority of her "family" being killed.

I was looking at reactions on the following Facebook page and so many people were excited and happy she was back. I think the show is better without her.

Emma is always attractive when smiling about things no normal person should be smiling about. She is my favorite character but so many people online seem to hate her and want character to die
