Agents of SHIELD- I keep hoping this show will turn it around, but its so blah! Seriously, quit trying to save things for movies and get named people on this show, stat. I mean, seriously, "Let's have a secret Asgardian masquerading as a random professor, but he's just some random no name nobody Asgardian!" Just plastering the SHIELD logo on things and making random references to the movies does not a Marvel show make. Take a cue from Arrow and Smallville and just go crazy! Because honestly, in terms of comic book TV shows on right now, Arrow is easily kicking Shield's ass. Well, in terms of my interest. Like ratings wise, AoS has higher numbers, but its also on ABC. Arrow is doing quite well for the CW.
Supernatural- Ah'm skeptical! That timeline seems kinda wonky. Robin was Dean's first kiss? And he was 16? I swear we've seen eps from when he was a teen where he was knee deep in ass, so it seems like he would have been getting action earlier than that.
Oh, and they destroyed that poor kid's action figure for nothing! It was the last piece of his mom he had left. Thought I suppose maybe they had to destroy both it and get him to convince his mom that he'll be okay and to move on.
Person of Interest- What the frick?! No friggin way!! People are gonna be so pissed! So, I had heard rumors someone was going to die. Like they showed commercials were Fusco was being tortured, but I figured that would be too obvious for him to die.
Then last week, they started doing all this stuff with Carter's character, building Joss up like she was heading towards closure. So I figured maybe they were killing her off. But then Shaw rescues Fusco's son and Lionel saves himself, and Carter manages to get Quinn to the Feebs, bring HR down and get her detective's badge back. So it seemed all happy endings! Joss and Reese even kiss, and he's all, "I can't lose you"! Which I suppose was foreshadowing that she was toast, particularly when she was randomly all "Oh, I managed to figure out you have some sort of machine that tells you who to help!" Like that's an odd thing to bring up all of a sudden.
And then she and Reese were having a sweet moment in a dark street, all the better for Simmons to sneak up and shoot at them. Part of me is hoping she was only hurt really badly and she'll pull through. But the way he was cradling her, it didn't seem like a "G-D don't die on me moment!", he was acting like she was already dead. Which if they really fridged her so John could be all dark and brooding, that's friggin BS.
Ooh, man, I shudder to think of the shipping wars going on right now on tumblr. The Careesers were all happy they finally got a kiss, but I'm sure the people who ship Reese and Finch are all, "Ha, ha, you thought you won but now your ship is dead!"
