TV commentary:
Misfits- Heh, this episode cracked me up. Heh, so I thought they actually went ahead an killed off the current probation worker guy Greg, but it turns out he wasn't actually dead. So, to try and cover up what they did, the boys threw Greg in a car in the hopes that he would think he somehow got drunk and crashed the car and that's why he has some injuries.
But yeah, I lost it when Rudy was all, "Wait, let me whip his dick out!" and Alex was all wtf and Rudy is all, "It'll be hilarious!" and the rest of them are sure, whatever. But for some reason I found it even funnier that it was Jess' car. Like I guess I didn't pay enough attention to the show to know what her car looks like, so I just assumed it was his car. So I thought it was even more hilarious when Rudy (I presume after he unzipped Greg's pants) put the car into drive so it would crash, when Jess came around the corner and was all, "Hey, that's my car!"
So we found out the mystery of Abby. Turns out the storm didn't make her lose her memory, because she wasn't technically real. I mean, she is now, but it turns out the storm gave Laura powers to make things from her imagination real, and she unwittingly created Abby (and the threat of the weak, "Scary"). Speaking of, is it me, or is Laura mad cute, with the headbands and wot-not?
But yeah, I guess that explains why Abby could go on such huge drinking binges with no ill effect- same for how she was unable to OD to kill herself. I thought it was a nice touch to have Rudy Two be the one to comfort her, since he's a creation of someone else also. Owel, they were in lesbians with each other before finding out that Abby used to be Laura's imaginary friend, but after killing Scary and having time to think about the situation, Abby breaks up with her because she feels Laura no longer needs her, and to her the whole thing feels kinda incestuous ("its like going down on your mom or sister").
And Rudy is definitely into Jess, and apparently the feel is mutual? It was amusing that scene where Jess is laughing at Rudy's incredibly vulgar joke, because Finn's confused and just a little bit jealous, but I also realized Alex is also at the table, and he and Jess had their thing for a while. So how awkward was all that?
