Nikita- Talk about total chaos!! So first, turns out Owen has a total recall thing going on. Amanda "fixes" what she did to Owen. Turns out the real "Owen", Sam, was a drug-dealing delta force a-hole. So Amanda predicted once she unleashed Sam, he would turn on Nikita and turn her over to Amanda for money. Unfortunately, all of Ari's money is gone, so she can't pay him. Too convince Sam not to put a bullet in her head, she suggests selling the black box, and he'll need her to fence it.
So as he goes back to Division, claiming Amanda jumped them and captured Nikita. Meanwhile, Amanda reveals to Nikki that she messed with Alex's head- Larissa was a figment of her imagination. Amanda was pulling some inception shit on her, subtly motivating her to want to free everyone from Division out of guilt. Sean figures out Alex was the real ring leader and confronts her. Only, Alex has lost control of her rebellion. First, she has to lie and say Sean is with them (Sean knows well enough to go with it). But then they decide to take Ops right then- only they want to leave, and kill anyone who isn't with them.
Meanwhile, Owen is stuck in Division, unable to get the black box out. Amanda tells him he's resourceful, he'll figure a way out. Of course, I'm not sure Amanda even cares about the Black Box. I think she just wanted to cause chaos, knowing that she's captured Nikita away from Division, that Alex's rebellion was doomed to run away from her, and threw Owen/Sam in the mix to complicate things further!
